Reply created 23 Jan 2017We are happy that we have a great client like you, as you mentioned we are trying to do service to our customer as fast as possible and also better service, we don't push for new equipment, first we try solve problems with service or minimum expense after we suggest to new installation, any way we are happy that we reached our goal that is one thing in Aire Max "Customers satisfaction"

Reply created 10 Jan 2017let me write the story from my side, with all respect first of all you ask me to buy filters and I am not interested to push customers to buy filters from me, second your furnace was around 15 years old and there is no warranty for that kind of furnace to work without any problem, I was at your house on October and you texted me on December so any thing can happening for such a old furnace in two month, third you just paid me $180+HST which was $90 for service call and $90 for 5 filters that you can use for new furnace and travelling time to go to supplier and buying filters fourth on October nothing was wrong with heat exchanger and that company that installed new furnace for you that I know which company is that from your reviews always push customer to buy and install new furnace and from their reviews you can find out they don't repair most the time, any way at Aire Max we don't try to ripping off the customers and if we do some thing wrong we return money to customers.
