    Furnace replacement

    Max did a great job. He showed up on time, explained choices I could make installed the furnace on the day he said he would cleaned up the work area and removed all the old materials. Professional start to finish.

    Boiler servicing

    Max is great. I've used him a number of times and I'll continue to call him first for anything related to HVAC. He's the ideal guy for repair, service, or installation.

    boiler service

    Max installed the boiler, and he's the only one I'd want to service it. Nothing wrong with the boiler, just making sure its clean and working efficiently after that brutal winner. Let's hope for a milder February.

    air conditioner

    It was a classic air conditioner story. In the middle of a heat wave, the air conditioner stopped and needed to be replaced. I contacted three companies and Max was the most honest and affordable within a high quality range. Although not the cheapest (I wasn't shopping cheap but wanted quality!!), he offered a name brand that has a solid warranty in lieu of a cheap product that would not produce. He arrived at the promised time, worked incredibly hard on a hot and uncomfortable day, and completed the job within his stated time line. As Max works independently, he is able to provide a quality product and service without having a high overhead. Having a home office, I am very thankful for his efficiency, hard work in the heat and, perhaps most importantly, trustworthiness.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Woke up to a massive pool of water collecting underneath my furnace & found a leak in the air conditioning unit. Called Max and spoke to him immediately. He came the same day and fixed the problem. My air conditioner is back to running like new. This is the second time I've called Max & he's always prompt, courteous & efficient. Should another issue come up I won't hesitate to call Max again.

    Replacement of air conditioner

    Our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave and we were in a rush to have it fixed/replaced. The company provided prompt and professional service at a fair price. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

    Air Conditioning

    Our air conditioner was failing. Based on reviews in HomeStars I reached out to Max. He responded right away, identified the issue and fixed it promptly. The repair was reasonably priced and disclosed upfront. I would not hesitate to use Max again.

    Carrier Air Conditioner Repair

    My Carrier air conditioner unceremoniously died during a heat wave (of course). Called Max in the evening and he offered to come immediately. Found the problem right away and replaced the broken part . He was responsive, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend him.

    New A/C

    Last week when my air conditioner broke down on me I immediately called Max. He came the next day to investigate and found that my 20 year old A/C was in bad condition and needed replacing. Knowing Sunday was going to be very hot I assumed that Max would not be able get a unit very soon but he told me that he could get a good one installed before the weekend. On the day of the installation Max came with the new A/C. He took his time to ensure all the connections were secured and joined correctly. He was very thorough which made me very pleased. At the end of the day I had working A/C ready for Sunday's heatwave. I will definitely call Max again for any of my A/C or furnace needs.

    AC Fixed Fast!

    The fan in the outdoor part of our split-system AC (condenser) stopped spinning. So our vents blew air - but it wasnt' cold air. After getting poor response times with some others we found Max on homestars and gave him a call. He arrived on the same day and identified the problem right away (broken starter). He replaced the starter in 20 mins - problem solved and was on his way! We have another similar unit in another part of the house as well - when that fan stopped working yesterday, we knew what to do right away. Called Max, who showed up in a matter of hours and fixed the problem too.
