Wow, Urban Tree did a truly outstanding job refinishing our 15+ year old floors, and replacing carpet in an adjoining room. They expertly feathered in the new wood so that after the sanding, staining, and finishing, it looks original! Garfield also suggested replacing the clunky metal heating vents with flush mounted wood ones. They look amazing, and complement the floors perfectly. Urban Tree is easy to work with, they show up on time, everything was clean at the end of the day, and there really was NO DUST. I would highly recommend Urban Tree.

Joel and his team were A+! Great Value, tight schedule and most importantly amazing floors with no dust!! Will be using them again soon on the new place we bought that needs Reno’s and floor refinishing! Repeat customer here for sure!!!

Urban Tree did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. They are very professional, courteous, efficient and had a reasonable price. Our flooring had lost most of its finish over ~25 years, discoloured, cracks, stains, dents etc. Urban Tree refinished sanded, filled, replaced a few boards, stained and applied several coats of urethane our floor. The entire process was amazingly dust free, was gentle on our baseboards and rest of house. It looks like a brand new floor now! We are very happy customers and highly recommend Urban Tree.
