Amazing transformation, couldn't be happier with finished floors. Service was excellent! Project was expedited to keep in with our tight schedule, guys were professional, very experianced and extremely hard working. I recommend them to anyone who is considering pulling up their floors... speak to these guys first!

Our hardwood floors were in very rough shape from having two large, active dogs as part of the family. Will and the team at Urban Tree were recommended to us by friends who had used their services. Our floors look fantastic now and the stain and finish have them looking better than ever. We were a bit skeptical of the dust free claim, but we were amazed...we really had no issues with it at all. We highly recommend this company!

I had old birch hardwood in 2 bedrooms that was dull, scratched and needing some serious TLC. Urban Tree Flooring fit me into their tight schedule and even worked on Saturday to complete the job. The quality of the finished product is amazing. The reds and yellows in the wood shine, colors I had not even imagined were there, now show off. I love my refinished floors and wish I had the work done years ago.

I just purchased an infill in Mount Pleasant and had Urban Tree refinish the hardwood on the mainfloor. Right from the quoting process to the actual work, I was impressed with the service and quality of the workmanship. They started right on time and finished on the date they said. I didn't have to pull baseboard and there was essentially no dust. Would definitely get them again.

Urban Tree refinished our old oak hardwood floors in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and hallway. The bay window area need oak boards added and feathered in. The old finish was removed throughout and a new darker stain applied. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the end result. Will Chilton was provided sound advice, explained the process throughly and completed the project on time. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and I was pleased to see there was very little dust. I highly recommend Urban Tree and would use them again.

Instead of replacing our hardwood; we didn't like the colour and it was poorly installed, we decided to try refinishing and had a great experience working with Will and his team. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. The floor looks fantastic and brand new; no more gaps! Not one negative about this company. We've already recommended them to close friends.
