Hired to refinished maple hardwood floor. Quality personnel for each stage of the job. Very punctual, however, it did take a while to actually get into their rotation. Follow up inspection was good. Overall good job. Would use again.

Urban Tree Flooring of Calgary, Alberta refinished our 15 year old maple hardwood floors in August 2014. Dealing with Jon Wright was easy and professional from the moment he came to our home to give us a recommendation and estimate. The floor process did not produce any dust and the finish Traffic Satin has really brought out the wood grain. Jon and his team did a fantastic job. Our home was left clean and dust free. Super service from Will Chilton and the crew. Feathered in new floor to existing in family/kitchen area and resurfaced existing floor. Looks like brand new and no demarcation lines. Did work while we were away on holidays and came home to a beautiful job well done. Very good work. Thanks, guys!

Urban Tree did a phenomenal job refinishing our kitchen floor. We had numerous surface scratches and a few deep scratches that we needed fixed before we moved, as well as wanting to make our floors darker. Will came to our place, was extremely friendly and professional and gave a fair estimate. Knowing that we were in a rush, he had guys working within a week at our house. The workers were professional and efficient. Will was great in communicating with us and the final product looked great. We would highly recommend Urban Tree to others.

We recently bought a home in Calgary, with original hardwood from the late 1940's. The floors were water damaged in some areas and very squeeky. Jon stopped by for an estimate, and was very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. He offered lot's of advice and was very low pressure. The crew completed work on the main level, upper level, and the stairs. Most of the squeeks I asked to be fixed were fixed, repair was done to areas as needed and you wouldn't even know it. I had a darker stain applied and it was beautifully done. The crew kept a clean work environment, it was truly dustless, we didn't even have to take off our vintage baseboards. We also opted to have a commercial grade finish applied, and had flush wooden floor vents installed. The floors look amazing - and we often get a 'Wow' from guests who have seen the before and after. Very happy with this company.

Very satisfied with the results and the service was very professional. Our main floor was heavily worn from the front to back doors as well as the kitchen. There was also an addition which while it was the same material did not match the old floors. We made the arrangements for the work, left on vacation, and came back to beautiful floors which look like new. While we were gone, we had relatives coming and going but Urban Floor was able to schedule around the busy times and completed the work without any interruptions to anyone else's schedule. I have another area in the house which I will have them do this fall.

We can't say enough about Urban Tree. We just finished having our top floor of our home which is all hardwood refinished and our floors look brand new. We are simply thrilled with the finished product. All the fellows that worked on our project were awesome and worked extremely hard to get the results we see. And, there truly is no dust and no mess. We would highly recommend Urban Tree to anyone that is looking to get their floors refinished. It is wonderful to know there are still professionals out there that really do deliver what they say they are going to do and go beyond your expectations. Four years ago we bought a house with Maple hardwood floors that were in rough shape. Urban Tree came in a did an excellent refinishing job, installing flush registers and going the extra mile to make a perfect floor, done on time. We recently were preparing the home for sale, and had pet damage, and the fridge had leaked, warping the floor. Will and crew came in and refreshed the floor, restoring it once again!

We just had our 20 yr old light coloured floors refinished and stained. We are totally satisfied with the work and end results. The floors look like they are brand new! The crew did an excellent job and took extra care to make sure that the finished floor was perfect. They replaced a couple of boards and you can't tell where it was done. Will was very professional to deal with. They delivered exactly what was promised and more! No dust and a beautiful end result! Thank you
