Urban Tree recently refinished our old maple hardwood floors. They were timely, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. And, most importantly, the floors look amazing! They do dust-free sanding and there was no mess left at all. The colors and finishes look phenomenal and there were NO issues to deal with afterwards. They even moved a heavy desk for us. Thank you very much to all the guys involved for doing a GREAT JOB!!

My teenage son wore a path from the fridge to the pantry to the table that looked like a herd of caribou had migrated though my kitchen... my husband spilled boot polish on the hardwood steps (twice)...and the fridge leaked for about three months - warping the hardwood to what I thought was beyond repair. The picture was dismal, but one call to Will at Urban Tree Flooring and my worries were over. It was a delight to meet people who take such pride in their work. They were on schedule and restored our hardwood floors to a condition that looked even better than they were when they were put in. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done and a company who cares about its clients. Thanks Will, Cory et al.

They showed up on time. That is the only positive experience from this disaster job. Not another single good thing to say about them. Particularly the owner John or the salesman that decided to give us the wrong colour. Very poor sanding job. Finishing was substandard. These guys are just a bunch of talkers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I moved into a house which had been a rental property for 10 years. The floors were a mess. Gauges, water damage, stains, the works. I was expecting a refurbish of the floor to dress the place up a bit for sale in a couple of years. I got way more than I expected. The job they did made it look like a brand new floor! There was a fist size gauge in the bedroom floor from a metal frame bed and a missing chunk of wood from where someone dropped an iron in the hallway. Even with close inspection, I now can't tell where either hole was. I don't know how they did it but I am incredibly impressed by the job the Urban Tree guys did on the floor. Highly recommended.

Recently had our hardwood floors refinished-Right from the start with the first meeting with Will for the quote the superb customer service never faltered. If we had any questions they were answered and fixed immediately. As well the dustless sanding is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!! Nothing. The floors look awesome ! We are extremely satisfied with the end result !! We had floors done in our previous house with not great results and tons of dust by another company. I would and have already recommended Urban Tree! Replaced the carpet in the master bedroom and family room with new hardwood floors. Extremely satisifed with the end result. Will was great to deal with from start to finish. Great job guys!

Four years ago Urban Tree Flooring refinished hardwood on the main level of our home and replaced the carpet in the dining room and den with hardwood. We were very happy with the finished product and this summer (after waffling back and forth as to the merits of carpet vs hardwood), we decided to have Urban Tree replace the living room/great room carpet and the 2nd floor landing with hardwood. The professionalism and efficiency of all the staff with whom we dealt gave us the same satisfaction as did our first dealing. The workers arrived at the times designated and ensured that the area was clean when they left the house. We were very impressed with Cosman, who laid the hardwood - he worked at 'warp' speed. During the process, Jon inspected the work and had a small area redone as he was not satisfied with the look. The finish matched so well that no one would know where the 4 year old hardwood ends and where the new wood starts. We love the clean look of the floors and the ease of cleaning. Now, we have to rethink our initial desire to maintain carpeting in the bedrooms or to replace it with hardwood. Hmmm!!!!

The whole crew was very professional, friendly and arrived always right on time. When they said dust free I didn't believe them - but it really is!!!! I have a few cracks from the house settling and the humidity issues of Calgary but I am hoping they will come back to fix it. Really they did such an amazing job and did everything they said they were going to do on time!

We are very satisfied with the workmanship, customer service and timeline that Urban Tree provided to us. Our floors look amazing and the experience was completely painless. It truly is 'dust free'. Our Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and prompt to return any phone calls or questions we had. The finished product is better than we imagined.

Our experience with Urban Tree was very good. The whole process took four days and included putting in new flush mount furnace vents. While there was a blemish during the staining process it was quickly, seamlessly and thoughtfully repaired until I was satisfied with the result. While this added a day on to the job they were more than willing to get it done right. It has been my experience with any work being done that errors happen. Its how the company deals with them that I am concerned about. The crews from Urban Tree handled it like it should be. We are satisfied enough that we are looking to have them back to install new hardwood in our den. Thanks.
