    Home Inspection

    My fiancée and I just purchased our first home and Alan from Allmax made the home inspection process painless and worry free. He was extremely professional and happy to answer any questions and walk though the inspection results. We would highly recommend him and Allmax to do a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    Great job by All Max in helping me make a confident decision on a property I was looking at. Problems and appropriate remedies were clearly identified. Explanations were clear and concise. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest inspection with helpful advice.

    Purchasers visit for inspection

    Super impressed with this company. I needed this inspection done last minute/same day and they were able to make it right on time; if they hadn't I would of possibly lost this house as they weren't willing to give us an extension. The inspector was very detailed and went through the whole house with my boyfriend and I. He made sure to check everything out from the attick to the basement and outside the home. Was very clear on all the costs we might have to come out of pocket for. Very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a real professional.

    First Time Home Inspection

    Highly recommend Alan! He's very professional with a good sense of humour, killer attention to detail, and communicates clearly about potential issues / concerns. He was extremely thorough - from checking every socket, faucet, nook and cranny in the house and garage. I also opted for the infrared camera package which identified a past water leak repair in the basement! I'll definitely be giving Alan a call for future inspections.

    Home inspection

    Did a excellent and thorough job in finding problems and future potential problems when looking for a house during the inspection. Very pleased with the great service and would definitely recommend for anyone buy a home and wanting a detailed inspection in order to avoid future problems once home is bought.

    Pre-purchase Inspection+ air testing

    Husband and I are first-time home buyers and recently bought a 15 year old home. We did not want any surprises after we moved in when it came to work- both current and future that needs to be done. Alan did an extremely thorough inspection of the place, his attention to detail and thoroughness was amazing. He noticed a lot of little things and picked up on some renovations that were not done properly. He provided us with a full detailed report with pictures that same evening. Well worth the price- when making the biggest purchase of your life, an inspection in not something you want to skimp on. Can't recommend enough, very pleased and if we ever buy another home we will definitely be using AllMax again

    Superb Inspection - Professional & Very Quick

    Not much to say, this was a hassle free experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. I called, the phone was answered, we quickly settled on a mutually beneficial time to have my Pre-Purchase Inspection. The inspector showed up on time (early) and immediately got to work. He said what he would do, and did what he said. He also walked around with me educating me on different items that he was noting. After we completed the inspection, he set an expectation of when my report would be complete, it arrived exactly during the timeframe mentioned. I would use AllMax again, I trust this company to provide services that look out for my best interest.

    Professional, thorough, and responsive - highly recommend

    We had a pre-listing inspection done prior to selling our property. Alan was quick to respond to our request for inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable and provided sound advice. The inspection was thorough, and he was quick to respond to our queries. The report was provided in a timely manner. We would use AllMax again.

    Home Inspection

    We used AllMax for two pre-purchase home inspections and could not be happier with their services. Alan was very knowledgable and presented all the information in a format that was easy to comprehend. His reports were detailed and precise. We would definitely use this company again and recommend highly to others.

    House inspection

    Alan is extremely knowledgeable! He won us over when he climbed up to the roof for the house inspection. We were really impressed and happy with his service! We highly recommend him! Thank you for the thorough and great job Alan!
