    Professional, Trustworthy, And Responsbile

    Alan is very professional, he helped find the potential issues that we can not see by our own naked eyes (mold, asbestos, and other potential issues). What's more, he went extra miles to help solve my issues with the appraisal that came as a surprise. Thank you Alan!

    NOTHING SHORT OF GREATNESS

    Being that this was my first home purchase with a new build, i have heard nothing but horror stories on builders. So i decided to hire a PDI inspector. After thorough research, i decided to go with with ALLMAXHOMES. And it was the best decision for my home bar none. Alan arrived on time for my PDI - thorough, professional, honest, caring and passionate for my home like it was his. Walked me through all deficiencies. I would definitely recommend AllMaxHomes to anyone and everyone purchasing a home. It will only benefit you and believe you wont catch everything. The experience was worth every dollar. If i could give it 20 stars i would.

    Mold Inspection

    Called Alan to carry out some air sampling for mold spores and he provided prompt, thorough and courteous service and was very knowledgeable. Provided great peace of mind. Highly recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    Alan was very thorough and efficient with his inspection of our home. He took multiple photos to aid in his report and picked up on a number of things that we would have otherwise missed. He then sat down with us and educated us on the home we had just bought. His report afterwards contained a great level of detail, recommended action items, and cost estimates, as well as very helpful maintenance tips. We would definitely recommend his services to family and friends!

    Pre Pruchase inspection

    Alan is amazing! He is very approachable and quick to respond to any inquiries. He is also very thorough in his inspection and on the report. This is our first time buying a home so we wanted to make sure we do it right. Thanks to Alan, we saved ourselves thousands of dollars in repairs by walking away from a home after knowing all the work that was needed to be done. After that, we knew Alan will always be our go-to guy for home inspection. We booked Alan for another home inspection and again he was very detailed in his report which convinced the seller to fix most of the issues that he listed. To anyone in need of an expert in home inspection, we 1000% recommend Alan. You won't regret it!

    New home inspection

    Exceptional service in every way! Very knowledgable, and offered valuable advice. Very detail oriented and provided a thorough assessment of our new home.     Home inspection for purchasing of condo unit

    Alan is a very knowledgeable man. He explained to me all the details of the condo unit even with the estimated repairing and replacement cost, to help my decision making. Wonderful job!

    Home Inspection

    We hired Alan to come by and help us do a pre closing home inspection. It was honestly the best money we’ve ever spent - he was incredibly detailed and took time to explain the various issues/components of the home to us. In addition, we really appreciated his candor and the thorough walk through during the inspection. A home is one of the biggest purchases you’re likely to make in your life, and having a professional like Alan go through with a fine tooth comb gives us some peace of mind knowing what to expect. Exceptional service as well as turnaround time. Thanks Alan!!

    Water damage

    A leak in our bathroom damaged the ceiling of the kitchen below, and we needed to get mould remediation done asap. But before the demo took place, we wanted to ensure there was no asbestos in the ceiling itself. Alan was incredibly accommodating despite our compressed timeline and managed to get the samples taken and lab tests done before the contractors arrived. This is the second time we have used AllMax, and we would highly recommend their services to other homeowners!

    Mold Inspection

    Our basement had retained water due to cracks in the foundation. Once we had the area waterproofed, we wanted to make sure that there was no mold growing in our finished basement. Alan was recommended to us and we found his service exceptional. He was very professional and knowledgable which provided us with peace of mind. He was able to turnaround the results in a timely manner so that we could address the issue right-away. I highly recommend Allmax Inspections!
