Home inspection
Alan made time in his schedule for our home inspection on short notice and was honest and thorough. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an inspection.

Pre-purchase inspection
My fiance and I were considering not getting an inspection done for our new home as it was relatively new. Thankfully we decided to go ahead with one and Alan saved us from a potential headache down the road! He was very thorough and pointed out a few things that we should keep an eye on around the house. He also discovered a problem in the attic that would have cost us some money in the long run if we hadn't discovered it sooner. Thanks Alan!

Home inspection
I have hired Allmax for two home inspections so far and each time I have been very pleased. Munir did the first inspection and Alan did the second one, top of the line service by each of them. I will not hesitate to hire them again. A+++ highly recommended.

AllMax All the way
Allmax all the way. I have used Allmax several times now, and I am super happy with them every time.. Allan does all my inspections. He is professional, thorough, punctual and doesn't BS you. If you want a trust worthy company. Allmax is the way to go.

Inspection
We needed an inspection asap due to deadlines on our offer. AllMax scheduled the appointment same day and the inspection was thorough and detailed. All our questions and concerns were answered in detail as well. Highly recommended.

TARION year end warranty inspection
He was very thorough and pointed out issues that I didn't know that I could report or that could become a problem later. I was nervous about putting my own TARION list together and he has pretty much completed it for me. Thank you Alan!

Home Inspection
Alan was very thorough in checking our future home. He was honest, knowledgable, and took the time to answer any of our questions along the way. He was great at letting us know what needed to immediately be fixed and what could wait until a later date. He explained things in detail and helped us feel at ease. Speedy turnaround
Alan was referred to us by a reputable removal company. He was able to do a extended inspection and take samples of potentially hazardous material the very next day. He provided an wealth of information and a full inspection report with lab sample results within 24 hours. Great experience I would recommend him to my friends and clients. China Gomani

Alan picks my calls, was never late for an appointment, he was very meticulous yet efficient. The report was prompt. Every home buyer needs an Alan and his company. I am impressed
