    condo inspection ..... do not use AllMax

    Allan’s first report saved me from making a horrible mistake. Unfortunately the second time I used his services resulted in me learning a valuable lesson. Before giving someone a favourable review, first be sure that the person is consistently reliable in giving an accurate opinion.

    Maintenance inspection

    I engaged AllMax for an inspection of my 17-year-old home so I could better prioritize my maintenance projects and costs. The inspector provided very practical DIY tips as he conducted his inspection. He sent the report the next day and it was very comprehensive. Well worth the money!

    Air quality testing

    I don't have words to describe how truly amazing Allan is. We had a flooding situation in our basement and when I told him how urgently I needed his service he squeezed me in 2 days earlier than scheduled. He went up and beyond what I had booked him in for. He did the air quality testing and then walked me around the house and gave me some great advice on how to prevent further water damage to our house. He gave me some valuable information that I wish our real estate agent did before we bought the house. He is caring, attentive, and all around a genuinely nice human being on top of being very knowledgeable in what he does. If I ever need any of the services he provides I will definitely call him. You just can't find people like him these days!

    Needed a mold expert. Got a mold expert.

    Needed a mold expert to test mold. Professionalism, technical knowledge and equipment was not lacking. Not only was Allan accommodating with my request for discreetness, but he also tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. I liked that. He's not scared to tell you bluntly what needs to be said. Too many inspectors out there who are barely knowledgeable and will say anything to keep you happily opening your wallet repeatedly for nothing. Integrity. If I had to describe Allan with one word, it's integrity.

    Pre purchase home inspection

    Extremely professional, detailed, knowledgeable, able to prioritize major and minor deficiencies, future costs, safety issues. Provided very constructive advice as for immediate and foreseen repairs. Very respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend their service and reuse them in future.

    Air quality Test for Mould detection

    Alan Glushko from AllMax Home Inspection came to do air quality testing in 3 locations of our house as we suspected that we had some mould from a leak in our flat roof. Very important for us to know that our air is safe to breathe. He was very professional and very knowledgable. He explained the process, he sends the sample to a third party for testing. Turns out we don't have a mould issue and now have piece of mind. Would definitely recommend him to anybody who is concerned about mould in their house. Thanks, Audrey

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Allmax Home Inspection performed a pre-purchase home inspection for a house that we were considering purchasing. Allan is very knowledgeable and inspected the home systematically while explaining what he was looking for and what he found. By the end of the inspection I had a better understanding of the home we were looking at and the condition of the home. He is very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had honestly and without hesitation. He encouraged us to ask questions because we should understand the ins and outs of the home we were considering to purchase. Would highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    Alan was amazing. He left no stone unturned and saw every detail I would have missed. Thanks to him I felt confident putting in an offer. We didn't get the house, but still - excellent experience.

    Home Inspection

    Alan was great! Although it was raining, he was very thorough (especially outside) and explained a lot about our new home that was misssd during our PDI. He also provided pointers for improvement and efficiency around the house. We highly recommend Allmax Home Inspection and would definitely use them again in the future.
