We had an excellent experience with AllMax home inspections. Alan was on time and very professional. He was able to identify key issues with the house that are covered under Tarion warranty. He took detailed pictures and used specialized infrared cameras to identify potential issues with leaks and insulation. He was able to answer all of our questions, before and after. Highly recommended.

Alan from Allmax Home Inspection preformed the inspection on a property I was in the process of purchasing. Alan is very punctual and not only professional but extremely knowledgeable. The work completed inspected every aspect of the home, which to a new buyer you could easily overlook important things. I am truly fortunate to have Alan performed my home inspection as he was able to identify issues that would pose a cause for concern. One of the many things I really appreciated from Alan's service is the detailed report you are provided with at the end of the inspection which list all the concerns found through the inspection. The report also provides pictures in colour of the various areas of concern which is helpful for you to have and use as a guide to keep track of any work that will be required to be done. In addition Alan is available to answer any questions you may have after the inspection is completed. Overall I'm happy with the service Alan provided. I definitely recommend his service to anyone and will certainly use in the future if needed again. Recently used allmax to preform a home inspection on a property I was considering. I found the services of Alan and allmax to be professional and direct. Right from his arrival he began to directly look at all aspects of the home that could prove to be a concern. Fortunately I was able to do a home inspection and with alan's professional expertise we found a couple of issues that could prove to be major concerns. Not only was he able to identify potential concerns he quickly offered the solutions required to fix and or repair. Alan from Allmax Home Inspection did our new home inspection a year ago, and we hired him again to do our year end home inspection. Just like last time, Alan was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made us aware of both the big and little issues with our house. We received our report promptly, which highlighted deficiencies to address with our builder. Outstanding service, highly recommend.

AllMax Home performed an inspection for a house we were looking to purchase. Allan arrived on time, equipped with all the required tools, knowledge and patience. As first home buyers, this is THE BEST company to work with. 2.5 hours later, we had ALL our questions answered, ALL inspected information clearly understood. I think he inspected pretty much every nook and cranny. The report we received was just perfect. Every found deficiency was photographed, had a clear explanation of why it's an issue, and what can happen in the long run if it's not taken care of. It had a price list with potential repairs, which every home owner should know - relative costs for the house, especially if first time buyer. It has now been close to 5 years, and I still review the report to see feedback and rely on what he said. Moreover - the things he pointed out and we didn't address right away - had the problem he predicted. His response time is as great as it was initially. I am very thankful to AllMax - will gladly recommend (and have been recommending) to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I made an appointment with Allmax on short notice to perform a presale home inspection. Allan arrived promptly and after reviewing the property and residence, set to work in a methodical and systematic manner. As the basement was completely finished, he could only inspect what was visible. He identified issues that I had not seen even after two lengthy visits to the residence. All issues were itemized and prioitized with pictures and recommended corrective action. He reassurred us on the condition. Well done.
