I called Allan to come over and do an air quality and mold sample test . He responded immediately and showed up the day later. He took his time explaining the situation in my apartment and made suggestions accordingly. The test showed a toxic mold growth that was putting me and my family at risk. Allan explained the tests in detail and suggested the solution to the problem. I was able to terminate my lease early and move out . He even pointed out a problem in the washroom out of courtesy. Money well spent. Will be looking forward to his services again. Thankyou :)

Alan was honest, professional and knowledgeable. By just walking through and visually scanning, he caught many minor issues that weren't up to code (things I didn't know I was entitled to). But with the thermal imaging scanner he was able to find a vent that was accidentally covered as well as moisture in the attic due to a damaged shingle. He made sure prior to him leaving that he had addressed all my concerns and also to contact him should anything further arise.

Alan was able to work quickly and provide us with a professional and comprehensive report of all deficiencies and predicted first year repairs we would expect in our new home. He also used Infrared and thermal imaging to be able to detect heat, electrical, and water issues, which would have otherwise gone un-noticed. Thanks so much for your help and expertise! Well Done!
