Alan provided a wealth of knowledge of what to look for in a home inspection. He took the time to explain matters. Money well spent.

I recently bought a house as an investment property in Toronto, and since I was on a short visit from out-of-town, the whole process had to happen very quickly. Alan of AllMax was able to come and conduct an inspection on the house within less than 48 hours of our request. Not only that, but he provided me with his final report that night! He was efficient, knowledgeable and provided lots of ideas and solutions for fixes that needed to be made to the house. I found him to be very personable, honest and extremely easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend AllMax to anyone needing a home inspection.

Alan provided a thorough inspection of a new home we were considering to purchase. We also asked for a thermal scan of the property. He was patient and took the time to explain all aspects to us. A final detailed inspection report was provided along with pictures. Highly recommended.

AllMax Home Inspection performed above our expectations. A thorough review of our property-to-be brought forth numerous issues, which were explained to us with photos, discussion and direct guided observation. We were also given a sense of the priority with which some of the items need to be dealt with. Furthermore, price estimates were provided. Since we are new to the area, we were also given direct contact information for some of the tradesmen who we will have to contact. The details of the inspection made it easy for us to negotiate appropriately. More importantly, the 64 page inspection report will be a template and guideline for both urgent repairs as well as long term maintenance issues to be aware of. It is a document that we will refer to frequently.

AllMax Home Inspection was fantastic right from the start.....firstly, booking our appointment was fast and simple; Secondly, AllMax was able to meet our tight timeline and coordinated a pre-purchase home inspection in less than 2 days! We were very impressed with our inspector, Munir. He was early for the appointment, VERY thorough throughout our visit and exceptionally fast in sending us the inspection report (less than 24hrs!) To add, Munir was very polite, friendly and informative. We will definitely be recommending AllMax to our friends and family.

I am a Realtor and not only have I referred my clients to AllMax, but they're my personal first choice when it comes to home inspection services. They are probably one of the most professional inspection services which I have come across, if not the best. I remembered the first time I've met Alan (head inspector) - my original inspector cancelled out on one of clients' appointment and I had to find someone quick so I looked up Homestars.com hoping to find someone good and reliable - he showed up at the appointment 15 minutes ahead of time (I was early too) so I was already slightly impressed: Inspectors are almost never on time, least talk about being early. My first impression seeing him was like, "...he looked a bit young, would he be knowledgeable enough for the job?..." But 30 minutes into the inspection not only I was surprised by how much he knows, I was also surprised by how willingly was he to share these knowledge with his clients. He was also the first home inspector that I have met who actually climbed up onto the roof to inspect it's condition - the others simply looked at it from the ground level with a pair of binoculars. He spent ample time to explain all the details during the inspection, and he also provided a very detailed report (with actual photos and diagrams) of the inspection itself the same evening. Overall, AllMax will always be my number one company and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
