    New Construction Home Inspection

    Alan was very attentive and accommodating since Day 1. Even before my home inspection, I asked him about issues to be aware of prior-to/during my PDI, and he was always very knowledgeable and gave great advice. During the inspection itself, Alan was constantly describing what he was looking for, as well as what he was able to see in the exterior as well as the interior, throughout. He even got me to check out the attic and see things for myself. Alan was patient with us and he answered all of our questions - and addressed the bad, as well as the good - about the house. I will likely go with Allmax again for my 1 year form, to ensure that those things we noted during this visit have been fixed/addressed, to Alan's standard. I will also recommend friends to his services. So often we hear about Home Inspectors pointing out the obvious, or not adding much value - definitely not the case with Alan...really appreciate all of your help!

    Markham Home Inspection

    Great experience with Alan. This is my 2nd home inspection with him and he did not disappoint. We were able to reach him late in the evening to schedule an appointment fand he was able to accommodate for our urgent request. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all the issues he found. I would recommend Alan to everyone.

    Townhouse review

    Alan was my home inspector. He was very patient, answered all my questions, thorough and very professional. Explained what he was doing - taking photos and what he was looking for. Definitely recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    I would highly recommend Allmax Home Inspections to any friends/family in the future. Gavin showed up on time and was extremely thorough in his work. Happy to answer any questions and address any concerns we had, while keeping pace at getting the job done on time. The detailed report we received after came very swifty, the same day in fact which was very helpful to have the information so quickly.

    Home inspection

    Gavin was a very friendly and knowledgable individual and we felt as if we could trust him immediately. He acted in the most professional manner and was very informative and forthcoming with explanations of various aspects of the house. He cleared any doubts that we had and allowed time for us to ask questions and develop our understanding. Overall, our experience could not have been better and we would reccommend Gavin to all our family and friends in the future! Thank you again for all the support and the help that you provided us in this hectic time of our lives.

    Whitby Home Inspection

    Alan was very thorough and knowledgeable and advised us to follow him during the inspection to watch/learn from his process. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He took time to not only point out any flaws/problems, but also showed us what was good about the house. This particular home needs more work then we want to put in, so our search for a new home continues. We will absolutely be calling Alan for the next inspection and any more that may follow. Hands down, we would recommend him to anyone who asks!

    Condo Inspection

    Alan was my initial point of contact and my inspector. He was so easy to speak with and very fast communication (which I really appreciated because my schedule was tight). The inspection of my condo was informative and thorough. I would definitely reccomend using this company!

    Markham Year End Inspection

    Alan was great, very informative. He taught me a lot of things while doing the inspection. Did a very thorough inspection. Pointed out things I had no idea was wrong. Would definitely recommend.

    home inspection

    I have used Alan for 3 home inspections so far and he is by far, the best inspector for my needs. His reports are concise and thorough. The last inspection was done with the last minute notice and Alan made the necessary arrangement to complete the task within the timeline.

    Prepurchase Home Inspection

    Allan inspected my future 4200 sqft house inside out. I would give Allan more than 10 if I could. Allan arrived early considering he was coming from Markham to Mississuaga in the rush hour. Allan did a thorough and outstanding job pointing to us what to expect after we get the keys. He also provided estimates and pictures of all problem issues. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend ALLMAX.
