    New Home Inspection

    Alan is the best! Very knowledgeable. Found all issues big or small and gave a detailed report and recommendations. As a first time home buyer I feel confident moving forward after his thorough inspection of the house. He was very efficient and provided all the details quickly. I highly recommend his services!

    Home inspection - prepurchase

    We used this service when purchasing a home, Alan who we worked with went a day before and scoped the home out. By the time we met up (the following day), he already knew what he wanted to show us: 1) issues with the fence 2) when the roof would have to be updated 3) special considerations within the furnace room 4) garbage that was stowed under the wooden platform that was not visible to us, including an old AC unit 5) issues with grading/slope of rear patio wall, and soil We were very happy with this service and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. Alan was also very professional and mindful of our time.

    Home Inspection

    I had a fantastic experience with AllMax! Their knowledge, attention to detail, and reliability really stood out. I felt confident in their thorough inspection. He discovered issues, gave solutions how to remediate the problems and gave estimates that were accurate on the cost to fix things. It gave us a lot of piece of mind. Plus, their pricing was competitive, making it a great overall value.

    Mold Inspection

    Unfortunately, I suffered a leak which culminated into a small mold issue in my home. I called AllMax, who inspected a couple properties for me, to assist me. They quickly responded and made an appointment within two days. They accurately assessed the condition, took samples for lab analysis and gave me a simple and cost effective remedial protocol. It was very helpful advise, saving me thousands in potential mold restoration. Happy to have these guys as my consultants. Thank you!!

    Home inspection and testing

    Alan was extremely friendly and professional during his home inspection visit to our property. He was knowledgeable and provided thorough answers to any questions I had. He was efficient in all communication and provided all reports and information in a timely manner. When older insulation was found in our home, Alan recommended testing and was able to provide this service on the same day. Thanks Alan and will definitely recommend your service to anyone I know looking for a home inspection or asbestos testing in the future.

    Home Inspection

    I highly recommend AllMax Home Inspections. Alan carried out pre-purchase inspections on 2 properties for us. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough - pointing out deficiencies and suggesting remedies on site. To help us meet deadlines on one of the properties, Alan went the extra mile by coming out on a Sunday morning, and then providing a detailed written report the very next day.

    Home Inspections Made Easy

    Buying a new home, Alan was available on short notice, juggling his schedule to fit our timeline, not once, but twice in two weeks. Alan is extremely knowledgeable and full of excellent advice on how to maintain, repair and renew all manner of infrastructure. I would recommend Allmax to anyone.

    Home inspection review

    As first home buyers, we felt that we could take a well grounded decision thanks to AllMax and Alan's professional inspection work. Detail-oriented yet super efficient with the full report returned to us within hours if not less. Based on the report, we knew in detail what had to be done (even photos of everything!) which made it possible to budget and prepare for our move to the new property. Highly recommended!
