    Home Inspection

    Alan proved to be a great inspector. He was thorough and very detail oriented. Made sure to walk us through and explain to us his findings. He also had useful advice regarding home renovations and basic upkeep. Would definitely recommend Alan's services.

    Home inspection for a buyer in the beaches

    Alan is, quite simply, amazing to have as a home inspector. Not only did he do a fantastic and thorough job, going over every inch of the house we were looking at, but he also educated and informed us along the way. At each point, he made helpful suggestions and recommendations, and laid out the potential options for different areas that needed attention. Knowledgeable and personable, we felt like we were in great hands working with Alan.

    Professional walkthrough and advisory

    Alan is an exceptional inspector. I hired him for my 30 day and 1 year inspection for a new home. For the 30 day, he flagged major and minor deficiencies, as well as advice for new home ownership. Aside from walk through inspection, I also appreciated the heat scan and drone footage of the roof! When he returned for the 1 year, he also reviewed to make sure that deficiencies were addressed. I appreciated Alans meticulous method and care in his inspection. The Tarion report was also electronic and promptly available after inspection. All in all - fantastic service! Thanks Alan!

    Pre-Purchase Inspection

    Home Inspection

    I had the pleasure of hiring Alan to do my home inspection in my new home. He was super efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the things I needed to know to maintain and ensure my new home was functioning as best as possible. Since I am a new home owner it was very helpful to be able to take notes and ask questions as he went through the inspection. He gave me and my husband a very detailed report as well as pictures of what he saw in the attic. He also had a drone which captured everything I needed to see on my roof. Alan made the entire process stress free and very affordable for all the things he included. I would highly recommend him for your inspections. Me and my husband will definitely be using him for any future houses we purchase. Sasha Nembhard.

    General Inspection

    I called Allmax to source a nagging roof leak and suggest repairs methods. They were very helpful, used a drone, climbed the roof and inspected the attic. The repair advice was very succinct and easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    After contacting a few home inspection companies, we decided to go with Alan from AllMax Home Inspection who had been referred by a family friend. He accommodated us on short notice, working on a Sunday, which is his day off. We arrived at the home about 15 minutes early and noticed that Alan was already hard at work, doing the external inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection, and when he was done, sat down with us and went through his findings, and answered each and every question to our satisfaction. He sent us a detailed report within hours of the inspection. We even had a couple questions later in the evening, so we emailed him, and he was very responsive, answering within a couple of hours. We were very happy with his services and would highly recommend Alan from AllMax Home Inspection.

    Mould Inspection Air and surface sample

    I contacted Alan from Allmax after being referred to him by another company that doesn't work with tenants and he was very accommodating to my schedule and came out on short notice, even in inclement weather conditions when another company cancelled. He was patient and professional and answered all my questions about the mould problem. He didn't waste any time and sampled the environment after listening to my concerns - performing more tests at a lower price than I was quoted by others. I felt confident in his work and that it was representative of the environment. He also had the samples analyzed and his report back incredibly quickly and provided good recommendations.
