we bought a house without an inspection, the reality of the Toronto Market and knew before we were in we needed an inspection friends and family sensed problems. turned to AllMax home inspections on a recommendation and we were SO pleased. welcoming engaging polite and described to us problems in lay terms that we would understand. a very detailed report and we have used it to prioritise the work we had to do. this fella was great.

We are first time home buyers and were really nervous with this purchase but Alan did a great job in making our choice clear for us. He is really professional and through with the inspection. I'm buying a house for the first time, and I don't have much experience when it comes to what to pay attention to when buying a house (especially an old house). Alan was great! He took the time to explain each point of the inspection, it was very educational. He also answer all of our questions throughout the inspection, and gave us valuable tips on how to better maintain the house going forward. His recommendations were key to clarify some of points that need attention in the house before purchasing it. I strongly recommend their services!

Alan was amazing! He was fast, through and to the point with his inspection. The thermal imaging camera found some issues in the attic that he wasn't able to see when he opened the hatch. Getting the report with actual photo evidence of issue and proper code images is really informative. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Alan to anyone buyibg a home.

I was very impressed with his Home Inspection Report because it was very thorough and easy to understand and helped me make my decision. I called Allmax and needed a home inspection done very quickly. They were able to arrive and do the inspection within 2 hours. I was buying a new house and was given an inspection that the home owner had done and it was about 8 pages and had very little detail. Allmax came in and did a very thorough inspection and provided a 50 page in-depth inspection that found many items that were not in the inspection that the homeowner provided. I found Allmax on Homestars. I initially decided going with a standard home inspection however, decided to go with the thermal inspection and I am extremely glad I did. We were able to capture key areas of house where insulation was weak or non existent. Overall a great experience, learned a great deal in the process and I would highly recommend Allmax.

Nice work done by the home inspector. Checked the major areas of the townhouse , checked the outside front and back of the house , as well as the little things like to see all the wall outlets worked. It was worth getting the infrared inspection as well.
