    Toronto Home Inspection

    My wife and I purchases our first house and Alan from AllMax made our home inspection a good learning experience. Alan took the time to explain all the details around the house's construction and was willing to answer all questions. I would certainly recommend using AllMax to anyone else especially if it your first house.

    Toronto Home Inspection

    Wow. Alan did an inspection for us on a house we have put an offer on. He was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly, patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgable. Not only did he make us aware of any issues in the house but he also gave us lots of advice and tips. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to everyone I know. I would have given him six stars if I could!

    Markham Home Inspection

    Oshawa Home Inspection

    Our experience with Alan from Allmax Home Inspection was very educational and eye opening. Alan was very thorough he explained alot to us and answered any of our questions thoroughly. Alan gave us suggestions and ideas. Within a few hours after the inspection we had received a very thorough report. We would highly recommend an Allmax Home Inspection for your home, especially for being first time home buyers and knowing what we need to do to make our house safe for our family is reassuring.     Home Inspection

    We hired Allmax to do a home inspection on a property in ballantrae that we had just purchased. Alan Glushko was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We were really impressed with how thorough he was. Not only did he do a great job identifiying deficiencies but he took the time to show us the different components of the home, how they work and how to maintain them. We felt this was going above and beyond. For each item that he noted as a deficiency he let us know the timeframe (ie the roof will need to get done in the next 5 years; the attic is missing insulation and should be rectified immediately) and the approx cost. He even had a few contacts for a crack in the foundation that needed repair. Overall he was friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Alan and Allmax.

    inspection - to check where water was coming into basement

    We had some water coming into the basement, and all basement/foundation "specialists" could do was recommend sump pumps or digging projects. Alan actually found the source of the problem and we were able to fix it quickly. House inspections are not just for those seeking to buy or sell a house!

In your case, the several contractors you invited didn't even try to investigate the problem and give the simple solution that it required. I am glad you hesitated and waited for my review as it really didn't require such a huge and expensive waterproofing job.     Markham Home Inspection

    In this crazy real estate market we ended up using AllMax 3 times over a period of 2 weeks for home inspections. It was worth the expense as Alan was able to find some rather major issues on homes we were looking to purchase. If your looking for a professional, thorough and diligent home inspector, give Alan a call.

    Home Inspection

    Alan performed an excellent home inspection on a home we conditionally purchased -- he is liking a walking instruction manual for how to run and maintain a home. He uncovered some urgent but not serious issues to be addressed before our closing. He has an excellent style - open to any questions and can easily explain issues. He gets the big picture ... My wife attended and also enjoyed his style. Highly recommended, professional, and useful. Showed up on time, submitted report in hours. Just excellent.
