    Pre-list Home Inspection

    Alan was personable and professional, and did a thorough and efficient inspection on our home prior to listing. He was accommodating to our schedule, and offered to update his report if we made his suggested repairs/improvements. He arrived when he said he would, and we had the report in our hands within hours. We would use his services again.

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a great job of inspecting a property I was going to buy. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and kept me informed throughout the inspection process to ensure I was aware of all the issues that could possibly arise.     Home Inspection

    Alan Glushko did an excellent job of inspecting a property we were planning to buy. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and kept us informed throughout the inspection process to ensure we were aware of all the issues that could possibly arise. He pointed out some very serious problems with the property and saved us from what could have been tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. I would highly recommend Alan's services to anyone needing an inspection prior to purchasing a home.

    Mississauga Home Inspection

    I recently purchased a townhouse and required an inspector to come out that evening, I called ALLMax based on reviews found on home stars, and was not disappointed even though my request was very last minute they were very accommodating and easy to deal with. Munir arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He was very patient and look time to explain all that he was doing so even with my limited exposure to these things I could follow along and understand. I would hesitate to recommend this company and Munir to friends and family. I give them 5 plus stars******

    Condo inspection

    Alan Glushko came to inspect our new condo. As first time homeowners, we were nervous and didn't know what to expect. Alan was awesome - he walked through every step with us. Even with all our parents there to see the new place too, Alan was very patient and answered everybody's questions. He was on time (extra points!) and very resourceful with suggestions and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Allmax/Alan to anyone!

    Bradford home inspection

    Allmax found several issues and detailed instructions on how to fix the issues. Report was very detailed and easy to understand. Also all follow-up questions are answered for free!

    home inspection

    Alan was very quick to reply to my email and we were able to book the inspection the same day. When he got to the property, he was extremely friendly and explained everything he was going to do that day. During the inspection, he went through everything very thoroughly and found hidden issues I would not have thought of. At the end, Alan gave me recommendations as to what to fix and who I should contact. Excellent work and very concise. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

    Home Inspection

    We were very happy with the home inspection that Alan provided. It was way more thorough then I remember doing with our previous house with another company He took us through the entire house with him explaining everything and making recommendations along the way. Plus we received a 59 page report with pictures of all the recommendation. I would definitely recommend AllMax, and Alan.

    mold remediation clearance

    Alan was extremely responsive to our request for air quality testing. All three times, he arrived early. His rates are very reasonable. The timeline to receive his reports are very fast. He also provided additional consultation on how to potentially resolve a damp basement issue, which was over and above his work scope. I highly recommend Alan for air quality and mold remediation clearance testing.
