Required a home inspection prior to purchasing a renovated home. Alan was prompt and very thorough, revealing a number of significant issues. We ultimately did not proceed on the purchase, and appreciated Alan's insight into the condition of the property. Would highly recommend to others and will likely use again in the future.

Got AllMax to do a house purchase inspection. The service was very good went into lots of detail in all aspects of the house, with highlighting some items which we would for sure have not noticed. Highly recommended.

I've worked with Alan from Allmax Home Inspections a few times over the last few years, most recently was last October when I had been looking to purchase an older home, I had already made an offer on the home but that was conditional upon inspection. I knew the home required some renovations but I knew Alan would uncover any real surprises! Alan was extremely thorough and was able to uncover many things that I would have never noticed such as asbestos in the attic and possible foundation and water issues. I have recommend Allmax to many of my friends in the past and they have been extremely happy with his services as well. Whenever I need another home inspection I know exactly who to call.

Called Alan from AllMax to complete a pre purchase home inspection on a century old victorian. Alan was thorough and educational. He explained every problem he saw to me so that I understood the costs, pros and cons of each issue. The thermal camera was really helpful in looking for cold spots or water leaks. He spent about 2.5hrs going throughout interior and exterior of the house. The report was issued and sent to me on the same day. Cost was $450. Professional and knows what he's talking about.
