    Tarion First Year Home Inspection

    I would like to thank Alan from AllMax for his help during our first year home inspection. He was punctual, honest with his finding and very funny. It was a pleasure working with him.

    Home Inspection

    Alan G is a true professional at what he does. He provides an honest service and will go above and beyond to inspect the property. He was punctual, organized and very knowledgeable. Within the same day he provided us with a detailed written report which included pictures and estimated cost of repairs. Through this this report we were eventually able to lower the asking price that the original home-owners were asking for the property. I would without a doubt recommend Alan to any of my friends or any anyone purchasing a house for that matter.

    Home Inspection

    I want to thanks Alan from AllMax for his thorough and professional advice for our home purchase, he made sure we understand and explained us many details about the house. I will definitely use his services in future.

    Home inspection

    I rushed into a home purchase without having an inspection done. Alan was referred to me by a friend after some concerns with my home came up. Alan was great. Very professional. Walked me through the inspection and explained everything as we went along. He offered advice and references to assist with a roofing issue I had which turned out to be very helpful. He sent me the detailed report that same evening. I would absolutely call Alan again and refer him to anyone looking to have a home inspection done. Many thanks to Alan G for his straightforward, honest approach.

    Home Inspection

    One word service - Excellent! Allen is professional and has an eye for the phenomenal job. He was on time and did not rush at all. In fact with his inputs and constant recommendations, you would fall short of questions. Very thorough and thinks logically. He would not just point out problem areas but all provide immediate recommendations along with what are you expecting to spend. It was a pleasant experience and we walked out of the house knowing a whole lot more. The report was furnished the same day with all the details required. Job well done Allen!

    Home Inspection

    If you are looking for a professional, honest and knowledgeable home inspector you must hire Alan G. he went above and beyond to inspect the house we were looking to purchase and advised us of small problems that could eventually lead to bigger ones......I've used his services twice and would recommend him to anyone purchasing a home!!!

    Pre-Purchase Inspection

    Buying a resale home as well as being a first time home buyer can be distressing as you can imagine. One of the key component is finding a professional and reliable home inspection company. And there it was, after several attempts through research and referrals we chose AllMax by which my boyfriend and I did not regret our decision. Alan was able to schedule an appointment for the house inspection in a timely manner. He walked us through the house from its exterior condition til every single aspects of the interior of the house. He is very professional, thorough and honest who takes pride in the quality of work he provides to his clients. My boyfriend and I felt at ease after hearing the condition of the house coming from Alan. I strongly recommend AllMax and will continue to support its business. Thanks again!

    Inspection of In-Floor radiant heat system

    Alan came to inspect my radiant heat to help find a leak. Fortunately it wasn't the heating system and he gave me some advice as to how to proceed. Subsequently I had to get him back in to mark where the heating system was in the area of the leak. He came on a Sunday and didn't even charge me for the service. Thank you Alan!! It was an amazing gesture.
