    home inspection

    Alan did a great job at the time I hired him to inspect the prospective house. He arrived in time and did inspection in very professional and informative manner. He suggested all expected repairs and estimated the costs. Same day later he sent me the written report with all detailes and pictures. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Alan did a great job during the home inspection I hired him for. He was very thorough, informative, competent and efficient, and he remained calm and professional in the face of some quite uncalled for belligerence towards his person on the part of the seller. I received a very detailed report the same day. I highly recommend Alan's services to anyone looking to avoid any pitfalls when buying a home.

    Home Inspection

    We were very impressed with the Home Inspection conducted. It was completely thorough and professional. We appreciated that we were included in the walk through during the inspection from beginning to end and identified any issues with useful information. We were impressed with how Alan handled a situation that arose with the realtor in a professional manner and with his customer's best interest in mind. We received the report the same day and which helped us greatly in negotiating. And Alan made himself available when we had any questions. He offered great information, very knowledgeable and helpful hints along the way. We would aggressively recommend him to family and friends.

    Home Inspection

    Following our offer, we booked a home inspection with AllMax. Booking was very quick and the inspector was kind enough to meet in the evening. This was our second inspection with AllMax and both were honest, thorough and informative. I would highly recommend AllMax for home inspections.

    PRs-purchase home + mold inspection

    I would like to thank Alan personally, and the staff at AllMax for a great inspection on all fronts. It was thorough, informative and as comprehensive as a visual inspection can be. AllMax also did a septic tank inspection, and tested for mold in three locations around the prospective property.The report was comprehensive and eye-opening. I will happily recommend AllMax to all whom I know. As for my wife and I, we will definitely use AllMax the next time we decide to buy a house, and periodically in our own home for peace of mind.

    House Inspection

    Alan provided a professional, detailed and thorough house inspection. He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable timeline of when repairs should be done. I really appreciated the Saturday appointment and would definitely recommend Alan to friend.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Alan was prompt and very professional. He provided enough detail during his inspection to give a sufficient understanding of what he is looking for and what is good and not so good. He emphasized what should be fixed/replaced and what can wait, and what repairs may require budgeting for in the near future. The report Alan provided was within a few hours of the inspection. Much appreciated since we had to review it and return the agreement waiver within 24hours. The report provided sufficient information about the inspection, however the pictures/diagrams could have been of higher resolution; when zooming into the diagrams to read the labels, they appeared distorted. The formatting of the report was sometimes misleading/misaligned, eg a description for a different section would appear next to a picture from the previous section. Overall, I am happy with Alan's services and would highly recommend him to others. He is efficient and very informative with his explanations and is prompt to answer any questions regarding the inspection. I would also recommend going with the infrared scanning! Totally worth it IMHO!

    Great review Jason. Thanks. Timing is often cramped in real estate and we take pride in being informative while being effective at the same time. As promised after reading this review, I resent you an uncompressed version of the report where the images were much clearer with higher resolution. We compress our reports for ease of email, but can offer both options. The infrared is always a very useful tool in home inspections and happy to hear yuo found it so worth while.     Home inspection
