    Pre-sale inspection

    Great, professional service. On time, responsive, thorough, clear. Useful in explaining how the home was built, how utilities and appliances worked and in explaining costs and how to follow up on any recommended repairs. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    We hired Alan to perform a home inspection on a resale home. He was on time, very detailed and walked us through all aspects of the home inspection. He highlighted many undisclosed and unexpected issues and provided a detailed report. We decided not to purchase that house and we called Alan for the next house we considered. Once again he did a very thorough job and even offered to come back at a later date to ensure the seller adequately corrects an issue identified in the inspection. Highly recommended.

    Angelo the thermal imaging we did that day really came in handy to find that concealed leak. I would never have know how severe or active it was from a visual look only. I always try my best answer follow up calls even long after the inspection takes place. Although I typically don't return to the home, but things worked out perfectly with my schedule that day and I was happy to quickly qualify the repair made for you.     Home Inspection

    10+ Alan was a rockstar! Thorough and professional inspection, saved us from walking into a nightmare of a house, with a ton of undisclosed issues. Used Alan's services the second time around which was as professional as the first time. Highly recommend his services!

    Inspection

    My experience with Allmax Home Inspection was extremely positive. They were responsive, punctual, well-organized, highly professional and educative. I received the report immediately after the inspection. Their services deserve every penny one pays. It is actually a small price for the peace of mind one gains.

    Home Inspection

    Alan was great to work with on our home inspection. He took the time to go through the entire home and was more than willing to stop and take the time to answer any questions i had. Alan also recommended to keep an eye on key things that usually go first with newer homes and how to go about fixing them. i would use Alan in the future along with recommending his company to anyone i know.

    Home Inspection

    Alan was great to work with for our home inspection, he took the time to explain the issues with the home and did it in plain English. He was thorough in identifying items that need prompt attention and how much it would roughly cost us. We would highly recommend Alan and his team again.

    Home Inspection

    Being a first time home buyer, I needed a very thorough and meticulous inspector who could provide a comprehensive report on the house. Alan did just that for me. I was referred to Alan by a friend and I will recommend him to my friends.

    Home inspection

    My boyfriend and I were looking to buy our first house and had never been through the process of a home inspection before. Alan was very thorough and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. It gave us a good basic understanding of big red flags to look for in other houses we went to look at. Alan was recommended to us and I would definitely recommend him as well. We didn't get the house, so we will be using him again in the (hopefully near) future.

    Home Inspection

    Very thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'll definitely be recommending and using their services for any future home I plan on investing in. Provided great advice and suggestions for minor issues that could be major in the future if not tended to. Great work.

    Home Inspection

    I initially posted a very positive review up, but upon moving into my house and discovering a mould issue, I was most disappointed in his response. I was not looking to blame, however, he was very defensive in his response (repeatedly stating he did his job) when I was simply looking for guidance on how to deal with the issue. Given this, I thought it best to remove my positive review.
