I would highly recommend AllMax Home Inspection. Alan was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. I was not using a buyer's agent so receiving all the detailed information from an unbiased 3rd party was critical. I will be utilizing Alan from AllMax Home Inspection for any future home purchases.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Allan for two walk-through home inspections while house hunting this past spring. As first time home buyers looking at older homes, Allan was extremely knowledgeable and went over and above what was required to explain the necessary repairs and maintenance required. His professional advise and opinions provided reassurance when it was time to make a decision. As a Real Estate Agent, it is vital to my business to have a team of people I work with that represent myself and my values to perfection. I have just recently discovered Alan and AllMax when on the long weekend I needed a rush home inspection on a 100+ year old home. My usual inspector wasn't available and referred Alan to me. I must admit that at first I wasn't too confident in using someone new but Alan was AMAZING! I walked with him throughout the entire inspection and he was so thorough, educated me on things that you only find in older homes and the dangers associated. He provided a report to my clients (who were first time buyers and nervous of the complexities an old home can create regarding insurance etc) and they were so impressed with the details that they felt fully confident going forward with the purchase of the home. In addition to all of this excellent service and knowledge was that he came to do this inspection on a long weekend...with 4 hours notice. I cannot express how grateful I am enough. Alan absolutely represented me and the level of service I promise to my clients to perfection. I ABSOLUTELY recommend him and have made him a permanent member of my 'go to' team.

We had an offer on buying an old house, so we called up Alan from AllMax. Appointment was made next day (love it when we only had 5 business days to decide on the offer!). He was very thorough, he walked us around, and explained in detail each minor and major issue that he spotted. From outside to inside of the house, from the roof to the basement, he went through them with us, answered our questions, informed us of issues, advised how to make them work better. He's a patient person to work with. We had to call him regarding a question after he finished, he actually drove back to give us the answer. Thanks to him catching a HUGE problem, we didn't end up buying the wrong house. Thanks Alan, I'd absolutely ask for you again on our next coming offer!

I wanted to take this opportunity to comment about the professional services offered by Alan from Allmax Home Inspections. We have used Alan on three occasions (once on our previous home and on the initial and re-inspection of our new home). He was courteous, honest, upfront, and thorough. Escorting him through the home inspection process was not only extremely informative, but for buyers who are unknowledgeable and timid about home ownership, his home inspection was explanatory and educational. Not only were all minor and major concerns found and explained, Alan was also able to advise us on potential sources of the problems, ones that should be addressed immediately versus ones we had some time work on, and a variety of suggestions on how to fix any issues. He answered all questions and really took the time to make us feel comfortable about everything. And the report, I have never seen such a thorough home inspection report as the one we were provided. It was completed immediately, and not only identified all issues found along with pictures, the report also served as a guidelines for us, the sellers, and contractors that were asked to come in and repair various problems. Alan even came back to our new home a second time to re-inspect some of the work we had asked the sellers to complete before the purchase of our home. Alan I cannot thank you enough, now a days it is very difficult to trust any services, especially those relating to a purchase as big as your home. Had Alan come out to inspect out property before finalizing our purchase. The house is 30 years old, so we wanted to have our own inspection done to supplement the report the home owners already had. Alan found other items of interest that weren't found in the original inspection. Also, he was able to explain all of the issues and suggest the necessary actions and approximate cost for everything. When spending this amount on a purchase you want to be aware of all issues to be budgeted for. Alan gave us the assurance that were making a good purchase. Thanks Alan!!

Alan did a wonderful job with out home inspection. He went more in depth than we could have possibly imagined. Not only did he show us every last bit of detail about the home and its condition, but also showed us new home-buyers what the most important parts are to take care of to keep problems away in the future. What he found that we would not have ever been able to notice without him saved us far more in repairs that the previous owner had to take care of than had we gone with no one or someone less detailed that would have missed things in obscure areas.
