    1 yr Tarion Inspection

    I contacted Alan at AllMax for my 1 year Tarion inspection at a neighbour’s recommendation and I have zero regret about it. Alan was very punctual; he even called to tell me he *might* be a bit late due to some weather and traffic. Once he arrived (on time) he was extremely thorough while working quickly. He found some major flaws that are not up to building code as well as many minor issues that I would have passed over due to my ignorance of standard practices. I received our summary report in less than 24 hours. I will use AllMax again and will recommend them to friends and neighbours.

    Kate, Many times new homes are sold as flawless in the show room, but like any industry or production process small or even sometimes large things can fall by the way side. In your case we found an important safety feature which was missed by the municipality. These things happen and thats exactly why an independant home inspection is always prudent.     Home inspection

    Peace of mind is exactly what Alan has to offer! My fiancée and I used his services twice while looking for our first home and he helped us “dodge a bullet” that could have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Alan is very professional, thorough and obviously knowledgeable; his inspections are educational experiences for first time home buyers like us. The reports he provided were comprehensive and detailed, yet simple enough for anybody to understand. He even offered some advice for possible improvements for our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anybody in need of a home inspection. Thanks for the great job Alan!

    1 Year Home Inspection

    Thanks to Alan for a very informative 1 year inspection on our new home. With myself not being very knowledgeable in construction and home building standards, it was very helpful to have someone with Alan's expertise come in and have a look at everything, from the workmanship of the home to the quality and build of certain materials. Alan was very informative and also gave us some tips/advice on how to maintain the home and what to look out for not just a couple years from now, but also changes that will likely happen many years down the road.

    Home Inspection

    Thanks to Alan at Allmax for another excellent inspection, this has been our second time having him in to inspect a home. He is very informative and answered all of my questions. He also provides helpful info about what fixes should be done soon and which ones can wait. I feel very confident in the house we bought, knowing now that there are no expensive surprises waiting for us. We have recommended Allmax to many of neighbors, who have all also been very happy with their inspections. The report is very detailed and informative with the various pictures and diagrams. I would definitely recommend Allmax to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    In the process of moving to Toronto. Thank-you for a thorough and professional inspection job. I was impressed with Alan's professionalism and obvious skill. He was informative and the report was thorough. Photos were a nice touch and quite helpful for later. I would be pleased to recommend Alan to others who need a home inspection completed.

    Not just a home inspection!

    My fiance and I called Alan, only expecting the best especially after reading all of the great reviews. The best is exactly what we got! Alan is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain all of his findings, big or small, in great details. In addition to this, we were also given useful tips and advice on how to maintain the home should we decide to go ahead with the purchase. My fiance and I were simply amazed at the level of service we received and loved the way Alan made the entire experience so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Alan from AllMax to all of my family and friends!

    Home inspection

    Alan, was very thorough during my home inspection. He had identified a major problem in the home that in my opinion not everyone would have found. In doing so Alan saved me a lot of future expenses. Thank you Alan!

    home inspection

    My family and I are extremely happy with the inspection that Alan performed on our new house. The house is 7 years old but still we needed to know both major and minor problems. Alan was very helpful with pointing out at all the things we have to know, showed us some areas that need to be fixed and paid d attention to. He explained all the building terminology. Alan was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to details both inside and outside the house; he was very patient, respectful and responsible. The report came up fast; all necessary things were mentioned in details. Next day we called Alan to ask several questions we weren’t clear. He answered all of them very patiently and professionally. More than that, when we moved to our new house and had several questions, Alan gladly agreed to drop by to have a look at the areas of our concern and made his comments. We have been very pleased with Alan’s services. Thank you Alan, very much!     Home Inpection

    Alan did both my 30 day and one year inspection. He was very professional. Alan took his time to explain things to me and answered my many questions. He noted things, both minor and large, that needed to be reported to the builder. He also gave me advice on how to maintain my home going forward. Both times my inspection report was sent to me in less than 24 hours.

    30 Day Inspection

    Allan was very detailed in every facet of the inspection. He found major flaws that we as homeowners should know about. A thermal inspections was included and we found that to be very helpful. Highly recommended.
