    HOME INSPECTION

    Alan did an inspection for me on a 45 years old home. He promptly arrived on a short notice and was very thorough during the inspection. I was an inexperienced buyer and Alan had to explain me even the very basics of a home. He patiently replied to my numerous questions, not only during the inspection but also next day after I’ve read his detailed well–organized report with about 30 pictures of the property. Whereas Alan has identified main problems and areas of improvement, he also taught me how and when to perform a simple maintenance of the house. Thanks Alan! Great job

    Home inspetion

    Alan was my home inspector. He was very helpful with explaining all the building terminology that I did not understand. He was very knowledgeable and put everything into an easy to understand format. I would recommend Alan and All max to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    We are very happy with the inspection that Alan performed on our house. It was very professional and very detailed. We got a perfect overview of the house as well as how we need to maintain it. Also, he showed us some areas that we need to fix and pay attention to in the future to avoid potential issues. The report came up fast and was very detailed. I was taking notes, but it was totally unnecessary as everything that Alan mentioned was in the report in great detail. One of my friends saw the report and was very surprised by how detailed and professional it was. He did the inspection of his house a year ago with somebody else who didn't give him anything written. All verbal things that were said were long forgotten. He has no idea of what needs to be done now. He listened to Alan's interview on the radio the other day and came to me saying "this guy is good" and asking me for his number. He wants to do a "real" inspection of his house with him now. Overall, as first time house buyers we were very pleased with Alan's services. We recommend him to all of our friends. Good work Alan!!!

    Purchase pre-inspection

    Alan did a great job. Walked me through the house and outside showing me everything and providing a verbal report as we went. The follow-up report was professional and complete.

    Home Inspection

    detached house home inspection

    We got Allmax help us to inspect the house, it really help us a lot know the house very well, Alan give us some very good suggestion how to maintain the house. Our contractor said that they never see a home inspector working so hard and check the home so detailed like Alan done. Thanks a lot!

    Home Inspection for 30Day Tarion

    We needed a home inspection before our Tarion 30 Day warranty. We are very glad we got Alan to inspect our home. He was very knowledgeable (about new construction homes) and pointed out things we wouldn't have noticed on our own. We can now sleep better at night knowing that our house has been thoroughly inspected by a professional. He sent us the report just as how we would have had to fill out for our 30day tarion form, so that saved us a lot of work on our side. We got a very reasonable pricing too. We were very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

    Home inspection

    I had Allan inspect the home I intend to purchase yesterday. He was at the location ahead of time. He is a very friendly person who will do the job with a smile on the face. As a 1st time home buyer, he educated me on all aspects of a good home maintenance. He made sure I understood his teaching by quizing me. It helped me a great deal. Allan does not do things rushing to the next appointment. I though the inspection would take 1 hour, but it took about 3 hours. If there is anything visibly wrong with the house, Allan will not miss it. The report Allan sent me the same day was very detailed, and full of recommandations. I thank him and AllMax for the great job.

    Home Inspection

    Allan and AllMax Home Inspection were very professional. As an inspector, Allan took his time to educate and explain things that a lay person would not necessarily know. He knew what to inspect and did a great job at the report. We would recommend him to anyone, and have given our realtor his contact information. We invested in thermal imaging and it was well worth it, as he was able to spot any “cold spots” our home may have had. He was considerate, on time, removed his shoes, and answered a lot of questions. Super friendly, and easy to talk to- which is super important for a job like a home inspection. Natalie and Adrian

    Home inspection

    Allan is a professional inspector who knew what to inspect that we did not see. He is really good and pointed out everything . I would recommend him to anyone as he is a professional at his work. He even gave us professional referrals if we need things upgraded.
