Alan was truly very professional and took the time to explain everything a first time home buyer would need to know. We would recommend using his services for sure. Appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions after the inspection.

Very quick in responding to customer service. AllMax responded to a same day home inspection and within hours was able to come to the property and complete a very thorough and informative inspection. Inside out of the house and grounds was detailed. Very highly satisfied and recommended.

My husband and I were needing a home inspection last minute and stumbled across AllMax Home Inspection after failing to hear from another inspector. Alan was great at accomodating us, especially on short notice during the holiday season. Alan was on time, incredibly thorough and answered any of my questions to the best of his ability. I didn't feel intimidated asking questions which may have appeared stupid or obvious and he provided very rough estimates (NOT guarantees) of potential costs for repairs. Alan's report was incredibly thorough and easy to understand with a lot of essential back ground information that we as buyers should know about. The report was detailed with recommendations and timelines for certain repairs. This information was crucial for me so we can budget and not be surprised with potential repairs later! After this home inspection, I felt both empowered and educated about our purchase and felt that we could enter into our new home knowing of any problems that may arise in the future. I would highly recommend Allmax for their efficiency, affordability, and attention to detail.

I used Allmax for my home inspection. Alan performed the inspection, he responded to questions well and performed additional tasks such as infrared scans when requested. Maybe the home I was looking at was small and very well maintained, the inspection lasted way less than I anticipated. Other than frequently looking over his cellphone during the inspection, the experience was positive. Ended up not buying the property due to other reasons.

Allan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through the whole house and pointed out minor issues as well as identified a few major issues. He educated us on the structure, build and care and maintenance of a house. He was thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend Allan and his company to anyone buying their first home, or for anyone needing a home inspection. He definately knows his stuff and even my father approved of his inspection (him being in the building industry). Also his report was thorough and detailed!

AllMax provided a great Inspection report. Allan gave me a thorough walkthrough and explanation including which things make sense to fix now vs later. He was a great communicator and I would use him again.

I've had a few inspections done, but they were nothing like the work Allan does. He has all the right tools. A gadget to scan behind walls to see if there is any moisture. And the report is so clear and easy to understand. Plus Allan takes the time to walk you through the report.
