Alan is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with home inspecting. He brings years of experience and is able to explain what he is doing without having it go over your head. Highly recommend!

Alan and his team opened our eyes to existing issues with homes my wife and I have been extremely interested in. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very thorough throughout the inspection, and we learned a ton along the way. They also provided suggestions on all issues found, and provided rough estimates of what it might cost to address. Alan has always been quick to answer any questions that we had after the inspection via email and phone . We've had 2 home inspections with AllMax already for homes we've been very interested in during our search; we won't hesitate to use AllMax again. Great value for solid inspections.

We had our home inspected by Allan from AllMax. Allan was very prompt in his communication and arrived to the house on time. He spent close to 3 hours with us going through EVERY little bit of the house, he also did an IR sweep of the basement and explained the results to us in great detail. Allan also made sure to climb up to inspect our roof (pretty steep front part changing to a flat part in the back). He also took lots of pictures so we know what's going on up there. Allan's report was extremely detailed and allowed us to renegotiate the price of the house down $6,000

Very satisfied with the inspection. I do not know anything about construction and Alan was very educational. I was able to get an accurate picture of the true state of the home and therefore was able to feel secure in my purchase.

Allan was early and had already checked out the outside of the house! Very detailed inspection and knowledgable about construction! Caught alot of the little things that I would have missed. He even reads the city code books! Highly recommended!

This was my first time having a home inspection done. Having bought an older home in Toronto I wanted to find a good inspector who had the knowledge of older houses. Even though my agent recommended another company I still did my homework and found great reviews on Allmax so I decided to give them a call. Alan our inspector was friendly, very thorough and very informative. He took the time to answer any questions we had and really explain what things I needed to do to maintain the house. I recieved my report that night and it was very detailed. I would definintely recommend Alan and allmax to anyone looking to get a home inpsection done.
