    Home Inspection

    I called All Max Home Inspection to investigate an unpleasant odour in my home and Alan was able to come within a couple of days. I found his knowledge, professionalism and patience in explaining things to be excellent. He didn’t rush through the inspection or try to promote any expensive products. He helped me by suggesting several different ways in which I could determine what my next steps should be to rectify my issue. After the inspection, I again contacted All Max for clarification on a few points and was able to talk to Alan right away. I appreciate the time he took and the advice he gave. I am very impressed by the company and feel that I couldn’t have picked a better one with which to do business. I would have no hesitation in doing business with All Max and Alan in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Going through a bidding war was very stressful and having 1 day to complete the inspection was a tricky situation. Luckily I found Alan from Allmax who was a breath of fresh air. From the very first call I felt more than comfortable with him and his presentation. Being a first time buyer I had no idea about the construction of a house, never the less what a home inspection was all about. After 10 minutes in, I was suprememly confident that he was keeping my best interests in mind. Alan was extremely knowledgable, professional throughout and his report was very impressive. I would highly recommend anyone to use Alan for their home inspection. In fact, I have already referred him to my relatives. Thanks Again.

    Building Inspection

    I was impressed with Alan's thorough knowledge regarding every aspect of the building. The address in question is an unusual mixed-useage building yet Alan gave me the confidence to make an informed buying decision. In addition to patiently reviewing his findings, Alan produced an incredibly detailed report that I will use to ensure all aspects of the required work are done...promptly and professionally. Thanks to Allmax, I feel like the right experts "have my back" and I can proceed with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hiring Allmax as one of the best decisions you could make before deciding to buy.

    Home Inspection

    Our Home Inspector, Alan was terriffic. Not only was he available at the last minute, he was very thorough and took the time to educate us on all things we needed to know about our new home. He found things we never would have noticed, or expected in a new home. He explained what was relevant and took the time needed to check everything out. At one point he was walking on the fence outside to investigate drainage......my husband and I were in shock. we had never seen a home inspector do that!! Very good service and Alan was very professional. We would recommend this service to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    This is the second time that I have hired Alan for a home inspection and he has again demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. For the property in question, he noticed evidence of wood eating insects on a window sill of the property and inferred that there was a high possibility of termite activity behind the basement wall that was directly opposite of the window. He proved to be 100% correct when the wall was opened up by a professional pest control specialist and there was indeed evidence of a still active termite colony. From this alone, he saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to do a home inspection

    New Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer I needed a qualified, experienced and professional inspector to ensure that the house I purchased was meeting building codes and was structurally sound. and to assist in the 30 day Tarion Warranty. Alan fit the bill perfectly! Thorough, knowlegeable and patient he went over and through the entire house exterior and interior ,explaining minute details that I would not have found or seen. He also explained what to expect and how and when maintenance is required for the furnace, ducts, plumbing etc. I was very pleased with Alan's inspection and highly recommend AllMax, in fact I will have him back for the 1 year inspection. Thanks Alan!

    Brand new houses certainly do have more issues than the average person expects or understands. There are plenty of little details that the new homeowner is not aware of which should be rectified.     Home Inspection

    I googled and found AllMax. I called the number and talked with Alan, he was kind to fit my inspection on the day i wanted, made it easy for me, arrived on the primises on time, I was first time home buyer, was going throught the process first time but Alan made it really easy for me he walked me through Foundation, Roof, Exterior, Interior, Electrical, Water, Plumbing system etc. At the same time he did show me his observation of current condition of each of them and related advice for maintenance, also the tips and tricks and if there is any upgrade required what could be the approx. cost, the inspection report in PDF came after few hours of inspection, it was a very detailed one with pictures. Now I think I made a good decision. I fully recommend Alan for his work and professionalism. Thank you, Alan

    Home Instpection

    Alan and his company are unbelievably professional and detail oriented. We had Alan come by and inspect our 100 year old home in the beaches and he showed us everything we needed to know about the house and let us complete our purchase with confidence. I would highly recommend Alan.
