My husband and I are first time home buyers. We were very happy and excited to move into our new home. After a few days we realized that there were several things that we were unsure about and things that were not satisfactory. We felt that it would be in our best interest to hire someone to inspect our newly constructed home. When speaking to my brother he referred me to Alan Glushko. My brother told me that he had hired Alan to inspect their home and they were very happy with his services. My brother told me to look no further as I would benefit from having my newly constructed home inspected and that Alan would help me identify areas that would be essential to include in my 30 day Tarion report. It was a great pleasure to meet with Alan Glushko from AllMax Home inspection and property services. Alan was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to point out areas that were left unfinished in our home and areas that required the builder’s attention and what the builder needs to fix, correct and complete. I was happy that he was there to point things out to us. Alan even went beyond inspection and took the time to explain to us the features of our new home and what we needed to do in order to maintain it. As property virgins we were greatly appreciative. Alan also mentioned several things in his report that were not up to code at our home. Both myself and my husband would recommend Alan and his home inspection services especially for first time home buyers and even to those who are buying a newly constructed home. Alan provided us with a comprehensive home inspection. As first time home buyers, he took his time to explain aspects of the home that are outside of a typical home inspection. I would without reservation recommend Alan for a home inspection in downtown Toronto.

We had been having ongoing roof problems, cuminatng in a leak after some unprofessional workmanship from a roofing company. Alan responded quickly, came when he said he would and porvided us with detailed infomation and how to proceed - both what we needed to do and what we did not need to do. We just wanted to express our sincere thanks for the excellent service we received from AllMax Home Inspection and Property Services, most notably Alan Glushko. As a seller, we were taking the unorthodox approach of having an inspection report available to prospective buyers BEFORE offering a bid on our house in Thorrnhill.
