My wife and I chose AllMax for a pre-purchase home inspection based on the positive reviews we saw, and we found Alan to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and provided a very detailed report. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

We bought a brand new house,and it's closing date was in mid April this year. The major reason we want a BRAND NEW house is we want a peace of mind, unfortunately we were let down. We feel really mad from our builder, that's why we had Alan to have our house inspected. His expertise at least made us clear how deficiencies our house had, and we also were taught a lot of professional advice and knowledge. He even gave us a fatal solution in case builder might make decision to dump us. Had not we invited his visit, all those he generous offered we would never have had any chance to get to know it. According to his report, we are way more confident to show our builder, and to get what we should deserve. Alan, I'll update our newly progress with builder in here. Alan came as promised, did a thorough inspection, found the main problems and sent the written report the same day. As a result of his report we got a $10,000. price adjustment from the Vendor! His report is quite detailed (58 pages) chock full of good advice. We will keep it for years.

Alan, from the start was enthusiastic and ready to educate us on what he would be inspecting and why. He took the time to answer our questions whether they were silly or valid, he never made us feel out of place and ensured that we appreciated any feedback he was giving. He was thorough without slowing to a crawl. He wasn't shy to push back on our concerns and personal "reno" decisions. He is a very busy guy but at the same time made it obvious that for that few hours, we were his only clients. And the best part...he had the report sent to us that evening, which I did not expect. My agent uses them/him all the time and going forward I will gladly recommend Alan and AllMax to my friends and family. We had Alan came to my new home for a home inspection. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out and explained every detail of the house in a way that is easy for me to understand. I have seen some home inspectors throw me a bunch of architect terminologies which I have no idea what they meant. But Alan's communication skills made everything easy to understand. Other than the inspection, he also gave me many tips on how to take care of a house. I would strongly recommend Alan for home inspection.

We purchased a home the day before Good Friday, I called Alan up and even with the short notice and the fact that it was a long weekend he still was able to meet us on the Monday to have our home inspection done. He did a very thorough job and made sure to let us know of any problems, what the solution would be and how much it may cost to repair. He checked all aspects of the home and gave us a very detailed report of what we needed to fix or replace. We are very confident in any repairs we have to do going into the home as Alan did a great job in taking us around to the different areas that needed attention and showing us how to repair/replace certain things. We have recently purchased a home in the area of our dream. The house that we purchased is approximately 26-28 years old.
