We recently moved into our pre-construction home and have very little knowledge on the workings of a house and even worse finding all the deficiencies. I contacted Allmax for support on doing an inspection and its been a positive experience since the beginning. Allan helped answer questions, provided a thorough explain of everything and even filled out the forms. We will be submitting the forms shortly but for sure will use him again in the 1 year review.

I have used Alan multiple times and referred him to all my friends, family and colleagues. His professionalism and dedication to his work is evident. He goes above and beyond to offer the most thorough inspection and takes the time to explain every detail and answer all your questions. I have worked with other inspectors in the past, none of which have offered this level of service. He’s the only inspector I would go to for my next home purchase!

There is a reason why I have used Alan for both our home purchases. He is super thorough. He spent the time to go through the whole house with me. Show me all the issues and give his honest opinions. He even took the time to come in less than 24 hours notice during Thanksgiving! Will definitely use again, and recommend

AllMax performed inspection on two detached houses around the greater Toronto area during our house hunting. Alan inspected the houses top-to-bottom with professional gadgets that fascinated us. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and very funny, making the inspection process a truly enjoyable tour. Along the way, he pointed out issues as well as those potential ones to be considered. He also educated us about where to start for fix and what the estimated cost would look like. After the inspection, he provided us a thorough inspection report to summarize the issues, with detailed explanations. This was my second time using AllMax to assist me with my home purchase. Once again, it was a great overall experience. I used the same inspector, Alan, as I did 9 years prior. I was surprised he remembered me and recalled portions of my previous inspection. Great memory! He was informative and once again a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for all your hard work.

AllMax (or Alan) is a perfect example of how Companies or people , when start getting (or got) good reviews become arrogant and rude and do not have decency to speak softly to a customer. I got inspection done from Alan and although his inspection skills are good , his soft skills and dealing with people is horrible. Anybody can be good at home inspection but not everybody has decency to speak softly to customer , who is already under pressure when buying a home. Any question I asked him , he snapped and even belittled me for asking that question. I don't want anybody to feel like what I felt. You are paying this guy for peace of mind and this guy is making fun of you asking question. I would say , yeah sure go for him but if you want somebody not to belittle you and answer your questions when you are under pressure , then stay away !!!

Alan came on time and conducted the inspection very professionally . Following the inspection, he sat down and explained everything to me very carefully. I got the report in less than 24hrs.

The work requested was performed in a very proffessional and cordial way. Highly recommended for others. The inspection was very detailed from top to bottom. The Inspector and a real sence of organization and method of work.
