    Home Inspection

    We have used Allmax for home inspections for 4 of the last homes we have purchased. The reason we keep coming back to Allmax is trust. I trust Alan to give us an honest, thorough home inspection. And Alan always comes through. Most recently, Allmax helped us avoid purchasing a home with abestosis and water damage. We'll continue to use Allmax for all our inspection needs.

    Home pre-purchase inspection

    Alan was able to arrange the inspection for our pre-purchase home despite having very short notice from me. He arrived on time, explained the inspection process to us before starting, and gave us several updates during his inspection. Alan was very professional, used technology to do a more comprehensive review, and delivered a very detailed inspection report to us within the same day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Alan!

    Home inspection

    Excellent service. Al is a really professional well experienced knowledgeable inspector. I needed a home inspector and I got his contact through a ffriend. Al confirmed the appointment and he was there on time fully equipped with latest technology and did a full inspection for the house .Everything got documented along with pictures and he walked me through the report. He even gave me directions to solve the problems he found properly .Even after the inspection he was always happy to reply back on my email and answer my questions. I would definitely call him again if I needed an inspection service.

    Detailed home inspection, good service

    Alan was very knowledgeable and clearly communicated critical aspects of the inspection. The report was clear and pretty detailed. He was available on short notice too which was great. A few days after the inspection, I had a number of questions. He returned my call the same day and took the time to answer all of my questions.

    Home Inspection Followup Assistance

    Alan Glushko did an inspection of our home in 2016 which enabled us to repair the deficiencies found at that time. We have now just sold our home conditional on inspection and the buyers have identified several deficiencies they would like us to repair. Alan took the time to review these and gave us his advice at no charge. Overall, he is very helpful, easy to reach and great to work with. I can highly recommend him!

    House inspection

    Alan was fantastic. He was efficient, super knowledgeable, and most importantly thorough. The way he breaks everything down and goes over his findings with you, with photos he took as well, is awesome. Afterwards receiving the same detailed reporting in visual PDF form to keep is a cherry on top of the whole experience. It meant a lot to have someone who really cares about safety doing this inspection, and all of his recommendations to keep the home safe for the future were greatly appreciated.

    Very Professional

    Roof & attic inspection

    Our roof has had an ice damming problem for the past few winters. We had some work done previously on our eavestroughs, and another vent installed on our roof, to address the issue, but unfortunately it didn't resolve it. So, I decided to hire Alan at AllMax to do a more holistic inspection of our roof, attic and top floor to get to the root of the problem. Alan took photos of our roof with a drone, and ran a thermal scan of rooms on our top floor. He discovered a number of issues, namely heat loss due to uneven insulation in our attic. He gave us a detailed report with a few short and long term solutions, at different budget levels. We're very pleased with Alan's thorough inspection, and his advice!

    The Best Home Inspection in Toronto

    Alan came out to meet me to go through a home inspection on a property my wife & I were considering. All I can say is "wow". So professional, and so knowledgeable. We didn't end up getting the house and ended up looking at many others with pre-inspections. None of them were as thorough or as detailed as the one Alan prepared. He went into great detail and even made a voice summary for my wife because she couldn't make it. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 would use again. Thanks again Alan!

    Patient and detail oriented

    Allmax was the second home inspection company we have ever used. They were very detail oriented and pointed out so many little things in the house we purchased. The inspector took the time to explain what is just regular maintenance for the house and what were issues that need to be addressed immediately. All houses need regular maintenance, but they discovered a couple of issues that could have cost us between $6,000 - $8000. Our agent was able to negotiate the house price down to help cover the cost of the repair. We would recommend their service to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, thorough, detail orientated and patient home inspector.
