AllMax was definitely the right choice for the job. I was blown away by the expertise of our inspector, Alan Glushko. He conducted a professional inspection of our home and answered all our questions. The digital reporting technology at Allmax was one of the benefits, as we were able to clearly understand what Alan was reporting on the screen. Allmax did a remarkable job.

This was our second home inspection. The resulting 61 page report was just a taste of the level of detail that Alan provided during this process. His breadth and depth of knowledge across all home ownership domains was outstanding. Structural, foundation, municipality, fire code, electrical, plumbing, and more. To top it off, his interpersonal skills are impeccable as he carried on the inspection in a calm, detailed, and professional manner despite challenging circumstances. Truly a PREMIUM inspection service I would recommend to anyone trying to make a decision towards their own home ownership objectives.

Home inspection performed week of January 16. Alan was prompt and explained prior to coming in what he was going to do and what he was going to look for. He was thorough in his review and explained while reviewing what it was he was looking for. Thermal device was one of the main reasons we elected to go with Alan as heat loss was one of the things we were interested in. Report was produce that night and emailed to us. Very good service, professional, hassle free. Would certainly recommend using his services in future.

His work in detail is very helpful. The suggestions are useful for client.And alway tried to use popular words to explain some skill problems in order to make client to understand very well. He present professional skill during his working time.

Right before buying our first house, we were told by many of our friends to get a home inspection done. After searching through various online website, we decided to get a walk through home inspection. We didn't really have the money to spend on the guaranteed inspection so we went for the slightly cheaper version. The inspector, Alan I think his name was, started right at our door. he told us all about the insulation problems (caulking around the door) from the front of our house. He also carefully inspected every nook and cranny of each room. In all, he spotted a leak, insulation problems, and some flooring problems(shifting tiles, etc.). At the end of the inspection, he also provided a report of all the problems and what could be done to fiz them. Lovely working with them.

I was looking for Mold inspection for a property I had purchased. Alan made himself available with short notice and did an excellent job. I was especially pleased with the detailed inspection report.

Our real estate agent advised us AllMax for the pre-purchase home inspection. And we were happy to meet Alan Glushko, an energetic young man, so knowledgeable about what he's doing. As first time home buyers and new to Canada, we were absolutely not aware what we should expect from a house :-). Alan gave us a detailed lecture about constructing in Canada in general and explained all peculiarities about our townhouse. He examined every piece of it which we would never even think of, educated us about critical things we should know (furnace, water supply, electricity, etc.), pointed out all spots we should take care of later on. And the same day he sent us a detailed report that really blew our minds away! We spent a weekend to finish reading it and to digest. Thank you Alan for being such a great professional!
