I wanted a third party assessment of our air quality, prior to a planned renovation. Alan was quick to reply to our phone inquiry, informative in explaining the procedure, professional in taking the samples and very helpful making some suggestions on our planned renovation in addition to providing us with a clear, detailed assessment of our air quality. AllMax would be my first choice, if I need similar work at a future date.

I met Alan from AllMax through a business exchange meeting and called him to inspect a commercial building that our community centre had just purchased. He was there on time and I realized from the get go how professional and knowledgable he was. He addressed the issues in an easy to uderstand manner and this approach helped in the decision making on how to solve several problems. His report contained lots of pictures and was written very professionally. I would recommend AllMax to anybody buying, selling or needs consulting on any house or building.

As a mortgage agent I would not recommend anyone else other than Allmax. I recently had an inspection done on my new home and learned first hand the professionalism and quality of Alan's work. My view still stands and Allmax is the only home inspector I will continue to recommend to my friends, family and all my clients. He was flexible with my schedule, prompt, thorough and informative. Alan completed a home inspection report for us upon the purchase of a new home. He was a pleasure to work with. Alan was professional, competent and diligent. He completed the inspection report thoroughly and with detail. We found his work to be comprehensive and accurate. We would hire Alan again for further work

I googled for Home Inspection for my PDI and found Allmax with quite a bit of positive reviews from previous customers. I sent an email requesting for a quote. Response was immediate, simple and direct. Communication was then followed in a few emails, avoiding the hazzle of phone calls and non-receipt of phone calls, voicemails etc. as I requested. Agreement was made and subsequently PDI was conducted as per scheduled without a hiccup. The physical operation was performed in a most professional manner, with sufficient time for team-up inspection and individual inspection as and when the case required. The whole process and the ultimate wrap-up was done in a most appropriate/professional manner, and no confrontational situation was detected as one could normally see in situation between builders and inspectors. The warranty items were taken up and accepted by the builder's representative. All parties were most happy with the PDI. This is indeed a very professional way of handling of the whole situation. Alan was most helpful and made his customers feel at ease, and at home. I would highly recommend Allmax to my friends who need the service in the future.

As mentioned in previous reviews, being a first home buyer it is not a easy thing. It is scary! We called AllMAx Home and Alan was ready to help us. We had a very tight timeframe to make it work and he made himself available. During the inspection, he insisted we (my wife and I ) ask anything we had in mind regarding to the house. I called Alan the morning that I was planning on bidding on a house, and he was able to accommodate me that day, which is a feat on its own! He did a thorough job with a lot of attention to "the little things" as well as the large, and explained the issues I may possibly face with the house. He answered all my questions, and I felt more comfortable in making such a large financial decision. He was professional, and I would recommend him to others in the future.

As a first home buyer I was quite nervous and sceptical as to what to expect with a home inspection but now I can certainly say that it was a great learning experience and extremely pleased with the result and the service from AllMax Home. My home inspector was Alan Glushko and I cannot say enough great things about him! First off as I said I felt nervous and sceptical but that was soon gone when first meeting Alan who made me feel comfortable and advised me on what to expect. Alan is a fantastic professional and guided me throughout the inspection process easily and comfortably, he advised me on every deficiency we came across and gave me great advice and comments on each. Alan's knowledge on all aspects was mind-blowing! He knew everything a buyer needed and wanted to know and was excellent at explaining it all! I was thoroughly impressed by Alan's services, I will 100% recommend to anyone I know to AllMax Home and Alan Glushko. Not only was I incredibly impressed with Alan himself and his inspection but his report was so well detailed and easy to follow it looked like a university students dissertation! The photo's Alan took while on the inspection were all on the report documented in category with details on each and great advice as well for all of them AND Alan did ALL of this feeling "under-the-weather"! Once my wife and I read the report we were very happy that we called AllMax Home and greatly affected our view as buyers and gave us a lasting knowledge that we will take with us from now, thanks to AllMax Home and especially Alan Glushko! Just recently completed a home inspection with Allmax. Allan took the time to explain exactly, what the inspection included. He was very precise and attention to detail was outstanding. Not only did he outline everything, he provided a potential solution and contact person. The inspection was also followed with a written ireview, which was very detailed and included pictures of the home to which areas needed attention. I found Alan and AllMax home inspection listed online. I read the great reviews from other customers and decided to give him a try. I was not dissapointed!! I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge, and expertise from the moment he opened his mouth. The inspection took approximately 2 hours, as Alan went over every area of the home, made suggestions about what needed to be updated or changed, and educating us on what type of structure this was, how it was made, how old it was, what materials were used and how to care and maintenance it. He took pictures along the way which he forward the very next day in an easy to read 50 page report with pictures, descriptions of the area and his suggestions. Alan has given us confidence and pride of ownership in our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan to you or to my friends & family. He was a great inspector, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and explained things in a way that was relevant to home owners.
