It was great pleasure to meeting you today at our my new home. Alan did a fantastic job today very knowledgeable and explaining in details in each point of the problems. We like the fact that Alan tickles the building codes and presents the problems to the builder on our PDI. Alan also told me about the house of the shingles which I had no idea that was a problem for a new house. I would definitely refer Alan to my friends and family. Thank you Alan!

AllMax Home conducted a thorough and professional pre purchase home inspection on my behalf. As first time home owners it was really important for us to get the best inspection we could. After looking at reviews on HomeStars, we decided on AllMax. We received a call back mere minutes after submitting the online request and were able to set an appointment for that week. As soon as Alan started to lead us through the inspection we knew we had made the right choice. He really took the time to go through every aspect of the home with us and we felt very comfortable asking him questions that came to us along the way. Throughout the inspection, Alan was very friendly and informative and really wanted to make sure we had a good understanding of how to maintain a house. It wasn't until the inspection was done that we found out we were his 3rd or 4th of the day, which made us appreciate his diligence and patience even more. We would definitely reccomend AllMax to our friends/family!

Alan has tremendous knowledge when it comes to home inspections and he is incredibly thorough and meticulous -- just what you need when it comes to deciding on such a major purchase. He was able to deliver the information to us in a simple way so that we could make the right decision on a property we were looking to buy. He highlighted specific concerns about the property and answered all of our questions. His report was also top of the line, detailed and specific. We'd definitely use Alan again if need be!

Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and professional doing a home inspection for us. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things I didn't know about general house maintenance, and Alan took the time to explain all the important things I needed to watch out for. I needed Alan to do a 1 year home inspection so that I can submitt it to Tarion. He came in and he was incretible, he went throughout the house pointed out everything that the builder had to fix as well as gave me estimated costs of what everything would cost if I had to do it myself down the road so I was able to see what I would have to fork up had I not had it inspected and got the builder to do it. Of course that just made the $300+ I paid him a lot more worth it at this point. Aso I really liked the fact that he pointed out all of what needs to be maintenanced once a year, truthfully I had no idea about one year maintenaces besides the basic things that we all see. So thanks Alan I would definetly recommend your to my friends and anyone looking for a Home Inspector.
