    Basement flood and mold

    Unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was a weekend we had a flood the guys came in took care of everything, and not only was the problem solved but reconstruction began 4 days later. We are so pleased

    Mold removal

    The guys arrived on time and ready to work. All work was done professionally and finished as per scope of work. Amazing company to work with.

    Basement Mild Removal

    We had some water leakage in our basement, which resulted in some mold. Aris came to have a look and then next day his team was over to do the work. They were extremely thorough and did a really good job. I would use them again.

    water leak from crack in the basement

    This company was called out by the management firm for our complex. Although when they showed up it was determined that they were not the company who repairs leaks but cleans and restores after an event, they were able to slow the leak down by temporarily filling it with bar soap. As the company that fixes cracks could not come for a couple of days this really helped. They also left 2 big fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the wall. The leak was found before there was much cleanup and restoration to do so it's hard to give a 10 but if they hadn't have been there to do what they did it could have been a lot worse.

    Saved the Day!!

    So as my wife would say I am not the handiest guy so Im glad that theres companies like CRS. We were getting ready to sell our home and figured we should have an inspector come out before to let us know if there are any issues with the house that might need to fixed prior to listing it. Inspector informed us that we had a substantial amount of mold in the attic. so he recommended calling CRS for a quote and estimate. Called, booked in an inspection through their customer service...Top Notch service by the way! Project Manager Aris came out and informed us that there was mold and also what had caused it. While he was there he noticed some water staining that the other inspector didn't in the front foyer ceiling. Turns out that the roof had been leaking significantly over the years...into both attics. Aris sent the estimate and scope of work as they call it. booked us in for the work to start 3 days later. Teams was polite and professional. They recommend a roofer we could call to get the roof repaired. We listed our house within a few weeks. Great Company!! If you have any problems or concerns call them and they'll take care of it for you.

    Canada's Restoration Services

    We recently had mold remediation work done by Canada's Restoration Services. We dealt with Roberto and Maggie. They did the estimates as well as the entire contract start to finish. Excellent people. Very professional and sensitive to my wife and I and the rather trying circumstances, being displaced from our upper floor, as well as working while we were still in the home. The work they did was stellar. Very pleased with the finished job. Most impressive was their communication and sensitivity to our plight. Despite not having access ourselves to the work area, they provided us with daily photos and updates of the work being done, so we were continually apprised of every detail. All work was thoroughly explained, all processes well described, including pre-work and post-work walk throughs. I would not hesitate to use these people again, and have already spread the word to neighbours. Roberto and Maggie were integral in helping us through a rather traumatic issue.     asbestos,mold,reconstruction

    I came across what i believed to be mold and had decided to turn to home stars for help. I contacted Canada's restoration services. John called me back with in moments. He then asked me how how he can help. I had many questions running through my mind and to my comfort not only was he able to answer my questions. He also advised me of steps i may take to prevent any additional possible health issues or further damage until he could inspect. He asked me if in could provide photos of areas in question as it would help determine severity of mould to my walls. We set up an inspection appointment for the next day. He arrived on time as per appointment walked through, asked for age of my home, determined he would need to pull samples to test for asbestos. Results came in and drywall compound and joints tested positive for asbestos. I panicked, john assured me the materials had not been disturbed and there was no risk of contamination. Went over regulations including third party testing of air with in my home while work was preformed to insure my safety. The crew showed showed up, Stephen as the lead technician with lori and terra. They were clean, professional and on time again. Stephen was able to walk me through the steps to be taken. He was very educated and to the point. They left my house clean and both asbestos and mold free. We are looking into rebuild options now. Thank you so much

    mold removal

    From customer service to the technicians all were extremely professional quick and efficient. Answered all of my questions and explained the process. I was shown before and after pictures without even asking. It was almost like working with family. I would highly recommend them.

    basement flooded

    This company was amazing.. they took care of everything..it was professional and made the clean-up of the basement with water damage worry free. They eased my mind and always kept their word. they were always on time. i would highly recommend them.

    Good service honest company

    I just moved in to a rental house that had mold. The landlord asked me to bring 2 quotes. My girlfriend and I did some research and got the quotes. The landlord asked our opnion ( wish every landlord will be like her ). We asked to use CRS and we gave them the go ahead. A customer service agent called us to schedule, the team came on time. We asked for air quality testing and crs said they won't do it because of a conflict of Intrest . Wow what honesty. You can guess that they passed and now we are living in a mold free basement.
