    Mold Removal in My Basement in Toronto

    I had an issue with mold and did not know where to begin, or what to do. I contacted the team at Canada Restoration Services, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was very friendly in nature and helped me throughout the entire process. The service was very prompt and they completely cleaned up after themselves. I heard horror stories of contracts leaving a mess or garbage behind, but this was certainly not the case. I would recommend Canada Restoration Services to anyone who needs mold removed, as I am a very happy customer!

    Moldy smell in basement

    We smelled mold in the basement. Called CRS and they recommended an independent mold detection company. Mold was detected in the air samples, thought to be coming in through water in foundation. Alex from CRS then came and determined mold was airborn, not from water and thorough cleaning of rooms with carpets should clean it up. Wow, thanks Alex, that saved us a lot of money!

    Water damage and Mold Removal

    After coming home from 2 weeks of vacation all we wanted was a peaceful day before going back to work. As we got the kids to bed my husband went to the basement to put the suitcases away. As he got to the back storage room he could smell an odour and notice that the carpet was quite damp. He open the storage room door and realized that we had a water damage. From where, we weren’t sure but knew it happened while we were away. Of course called insurance and because it came in through a window well we weren’t covered. I called Canada’s Restoration Services and they sent someone out the next morning. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable. He and his team were professional, courteous and made sure that we knew exactly what they were doing. Our home is now water and mold free. Thank you Alex, Jason and the entire team!!!

    Environmental Cleanup

    Review: Opened our cottage this spring to find that mice had been living quite comfortably there all winter. There was urine and feces almost everywhere. My wife and I decided it was a bigger job than we could handle ourselves. We called a pest control company thinking that they did the cleanup. They do not do the cleanup but told us to contact Canada’s Restoration Services for an Environmental clean-up. They made our cottage clean and sanitized for us and our guest. Thanks Canada’s Restoration for everything!

    Water Damage from Sump Pump Failure

    Canada’s Restoration Services saved the day! Our sump pump stopped working and as a result our basement was flooded. They came right over, cleaned up the water, cleaned the entire area and then left blowers for 2 days to dry everything out. Amazing Service! Was referred by friend and now I can see why!! Thanks so much CRS!!

    Water Damage Services

    After big storm last night water started dripping through the ceiling. Contacted Canada’s Restoration Services. They contacted a Roofing company for us and set an inspection for that day. Great service!!

    Water Damage from Sump Pump Failure

    Our basement was flooded So We called a number that our aunt recommended. They came right over, cleaned up the water, cleaned the entire area and then they even left two blowers to dry everything out. Incredible Service! Was referred by My Aunt and now I can see why!! Thanks so much CRS!!

    mold removal

    This was a wonderful experience. From the first phone call to the techs coming to my house, everyone was polite and friendly. All work was done quickly and cleanly. I was very impressed with all the staff and the work that was done.

    basement mold inspection

    I called this company to determine if I had a mold problem. They sent Aris Rodriguez a Project Manager. We booked on Friday and he came on Monday. Aris was very pleasant and professional. He thoroughly examined the areas of concern and determined there was no issue with mold. We showed him another area of concern and he gave us suggestions on what to do to resolve the issue. He was honest and was not looking to make work where it was not needed. I would recommend this company highly if you have any mold issues.

    Asbestos removal

    Started renovations on my basement kitchen. Pulled up a few 12x12 tiles to uncover 9x9 tiles. I called Canada restorations services and they made an appointment to check everything, test and a free estimate for removal. Aris - project manager came all the way to my house in rush our traffic, came into the basement and pulled up a few more tiles to uncover that they were actually just cut down to 9x9 and were asbestos free. Big relief to me. Big thumbs up to aris and Canada restoration services for their understanding of my situation. I apologized and he insisted that it was OK and not to worry about it. Very professional and kind people. Also their email response time is outstanding. Any questions are answered extremely fast. Great job guys.
