    Mold removal

    Hello, We want to thank Canada's Restoration Services for helping us when we needed them. We have used them before and will use them again if needed. We put our house on the market, and Mold was found by the buyers inspector. we had 7 days to deal with it otherwise they would walk away. this is what happened : we called CRS, they came out, provided an estimate, brought in the insulation company ( Insta) , they quoted, and a both companies gave us a priority and started the work with in 24 hours. after 4 days ( 6 in total) we had certificates, pictures and warranty to provide to the buyers. the hose was sold at what we asked for , and we have CRS and insta to thank !

    /mold removal/ reconstruction

    I highly reccommend this company. They did removal of mold in my bathroom and reconstructed it as well. The manager Jon was great as well as the team who came in to do the work. Everyone was polite and proffessional. The finished results were amazing and I am very happy with the outstanding work. Thank you for the great satisfaction

    Asbestos remediation

    They were fast efficient honest and kept to their timeline. I would strongly recommend them! The job was done thoroughly. They were available on short notice. Everyone was courteous and pleasant.

    Mold removal and decontamination

    The bathroom in our condo unit was full of mold and water damage. When we contacted Canada Restoration Services, they were very quick to respond. We dealt with Project Manager Aris Rodriguez, and he was terrific every step of the way. He and his crew were prompt and responsive. The entire bathroom had to be demolished and decontaminated. The work crew was efficient and left the work area clean and dry. We were very happy with their work, with Aris' helpfulness, and with the price. We are looking forward to having a new bathroom reconstructed, also by Canada Restoration. We are hopeful that the reconstruction crew will be as impressive as the demolition crew!

    Mold Removal

    I had mold underneath my kitchen sink. Not only did they remove the mold and drywall, which was necessary, they removed the entire bottom of my kitchen, including all boxes and counter top, even the unaffected areas, leaving me no choice but to replace the entire kitchen as there is no match available for my existing cabinets. They threw out the entire bottom of my kitchen cabinets, boxes, lazy susan, and drawer railings out without even consulting me. While the workers were here, the project manager texted them every hour, asking them where the money was. Highly unprofessional. When I first contacted the manager, he was very defensive and rude even though I did not once raise my voice. It has now been 2.5 months since they threw out my kitchen cabinet doors. Four other contractors have been here since, who have advised me there is no reason why the kitchen cabinets had to be removed as they're sealed. I have pictures that illustrate that no mold damage had impacted them. Only today, after all this time and after several ignored voice and emails, have they come back to say they will not do anything to rectify this situation. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company.

    Hello Lori, As we mentioned before, we as a certified mold remediation company, have to remove all materials that are affected. The cabinets / counter tops were not able to be salvage given the extent of mold, which was what our scope of work said that was provided to you. When we spoke about the other contractors you brought in, you mentioned that none had experience in mold remediation. You need to be very careful with whom you bring in for advice. Only those with proper training are able to give proper remediation advice. We also mentioned you could have brought in a mold consultant to advise as well. I apologize for the inconvenience but we must withhold up to our standards and complete remediation projects in full.

    Mold Inspection

    I discovered the basement storage room had water seeping issue. I suspected mold would have grown behind the dry wall. Aris called ahead of arrival and politely asked if he can come to do the inspection. Aris is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. After inspection, he assured me that there is no mold behind the drywall. I really appreciate Aris's professionalism and honesty. I will highly recommend this company to others. Thanks again Aris

    basement bathroom

    Aris came out for an estimate. He was very honest and helpful. This was the fifth company that came out. The workers kennel and Ariel did a wonderful job. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the renovation. I am very happy with Aris and his dedication to keep the customer happy and going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations. I would recommend this company.

    Great company and customer service! Alex came by to do a mold inspection and was very knowledgeable and honest about what he found in our basement. I highly recommend this company.

    Mould detection and removal

    I called Canadas restoration services after we found mould during a bathroom renovation. I called and Ari came out the next day and gave us a competitive quote (we had 2 other quotes too). Based on the homestars reviews and how knowledgeable he was, we booked his crew to come in two days later and complete the job. Really happy with the quality of the job they completed. The crew were punctual, polite and did an insanely awesome job of cleaning up after themselves! We were so happy that we went with Canadas Restoration Services and would recommend them to anyone!
