I suspected that we had mold in our basement. Aris showed up and pointed out that it was not mold but charring from previous welding work. I was pleased that I was not charged for the service call. I would recommend this company.

We suspected we had a mold and water problem in the house. A man named Aris showed up on time for an appointment and he quickly diagnosed the problem. We did NOT have a mold problem, and instead of taking advantage of us as other companies might, he was honest, helpful, and answered all our questions. And he didn't even charge for the service call! This is a great, honest, and honourable company. We strongly recommend them.

We recently purchased a property and the original owner had hid the water damage to the ceiling by installing new drywalls. We were devastated and called Cdn's restoration on short notice. The whole crew was fantastic! Aris responded immediately, he was knowledgable and patient with our queries. Shawn and Mark went to work right away the same week. They were diligent and went beyond their duties to repair our damages. Would definitely recommend Cdn's restoation to anyone.

I called to get a quote on some mold that I found under my sink. When I called there was no answer and was told to leave a message and someone will get back within 30 min. Within 15 min we got a call back the person who called was very professional and answered all questions we had, we were told someone would call next morning to setup an appointment. They called first thing in the morning and were able to set up an appointment the next day. The next day the inspector called 15 min ahead to let us know they were coming the showed up on time were very professional and explained everything that was wrong. Once the inspection was done he let me know what to do to fix the problem and didn't try to sell me on any extra services. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I called this company on short notice sent in photos of the mold I found and they were out the next day. The job they did was amazing we couldn't have been happier. One small issue was when they were peeling off the plastic they tore the wallpaper and didn't tell us. We noticed months later when the small piece of tape they used gave way.

I dealt with Aris at this company. He did the inspection and gave me the straight answer on what was wrong. This saved me a lot of money and time. I truly appreciated his honesty. I would use them again.

I am writing this review to thank Andrew for his fast response and careful follow-up to my apartment flood. The flood came from the unit above, during their renovation. They promised to fix the mess they’d made of my place and were very apologetic. I trusted them, as we are neighbours, to do the repairs as promised. After 3 days of no-action I started looking for some professional help. Canada's Restoration Services (CRS) was recommended to me through 2 home Inspection companies. When I phoned CRS and spoke to Andrew, he was concerned about mold, but also asbestos! From my description of the way the repairs were being done, Andrew thought I may have more problems. If the builder, for the upstairs owner, was inexperienced and hadn’t checked first for asbestos, cutting into the ceiling may have released fibres into my place. It is an older building and my inspection report had mentioned concern for asbestos. He felt it was important to look at the apartment as soon as possible and would make time to come by that day. Andrew arrived and thoroughly checked my apartment for locations of water damage then took samples for asbestos testing and most importantly, spoke with the builder and owner of the apartment upstairs. This was a huge relief for me as I finally felt some control over the damage to my home. The sample test results took 24 hours, but as soon as they were done, Andrew called with the results. They showed no asbestos. Next he followed up with a written description, listing all the steps that needed to be completed to repair my apartment correctly. This gave me the information I needed to keep on top of the work being done and make sure it was correct. So far so good... I won't hesitate to call CRS if I have any concerns. Our dishwasher hose burst and flooded the kitchen which then leaked into the basement. After I called Darren he had Alex and the guys come over right away. They brought the necessary equipment and dried it up right away. When they came back the next day to pick up their stuff the guys put back everything they moved. That definately made the whole experience less stressful.

Earlier this year I asked a general contractor to look at some mold that seemed to be growing on the wall inside my utility closet, when he reached up to turn on the light he looked up and said, to my horror, “did you know that was asbestos”? Turns out there was a wood beam visibly covered with an Asbestos wrap, probably from 30 years ago and someone had even cut in to it to install a light bulb. I freaked out and immediately started looking up abatement companies and found Canada’s Restoration Services who were rated number one. They put me in touch with Alan of Allmax Home Inspections (who was also rated number one & deserves that title!) who came over to take samples of the asbestos and mold. . Within a week Alan called me back to tell me the air was clear of mold but I was still concerned about the asbestos so he came back and tested the air for asbestos. The asbestos test came back clear but just knowing it was there was making me crazy. I decided to go with Canada’s Restoration Services for the removal. Alex from Canada's Restoration came out to visit and have a look at the asbestos. He didn't seem overly concerned as it was in a contained area that was barely frequented, however he gave me options, walked me through the removal process and gave me a quote and left it to me to decide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. I debated about what to do and decided to remove it. Alex sent Jason, a certified asbestos removal technician and supervisor to remove the asbestos. Jason and his partner were on time and really friendly and professional and made the whole process way less painful that what I was expecting. He walked me through the process and even called to give me updates. He even noticed some other suspect area's of mold. When I got home the site was totally spotless, and they had cleaned inside the utility closet and even removed old gross tiles and swept where it had never been swept before. When Alan came back to do the final asbestos tests he said he could tell just by the smell and the cleanliness of the space that the job had been done well. I was super paranoid that the test would come back showing asbestos in the air and I even called Jason and Alex a bunch of times and they were so patient putting my mind at ease. I think I may have been their most paranoid client!!! When Alan called a week later with the results that there was no asbestos present I was ecstatic. Thank you to Alex and Jason and your team at Restoration Services for being so patient, professional and helpful !!!

I hired Canada's Restoration Services to remediate/remove significant amount of mold/mould in my parents' basement. I could not be more pleased with their performance and price. Their work is clean, professional and executed in the most efficient manner. They are 100% the best in the business! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great team and great work.
