    basement mold removal

    This company had great customer service when I called in with questions they always took the time to answer them and the mold removal in the basement was removed within budget and in a timely manner.

    mold removal

    I called in and spoke to Jasmine regarding the mold problem we are having in our home. My grandson Rusty is severely asthmatic and the condition of our home affected his ability to visit us. Jasmine was immediately attentive and understanding of our situation and walked us through our options and possible courses of action. I was very impressed with her professional attitude. The mold was removed and our grandson can now safely visit us. Thank you

    water damage

    I called Canada’s Restoration Services when my basement flooded. They sent a team out within the hour and helped me deal with my insurance. Before I knew it my basement was back to normal and the service was exceptional! Thank you Canada’s Restoration! I would also like to thank Alissa from Toronto and Jake from Edmonton!

    Removal of mold bathroom

    The company did not live up to our expectations and we experienced poor customer service, a lack of follow-up and communication. Following an estimate by Jake, we approved the removal of mold and contaminated material from a defective shower on November 11, 2014. Only after repeated follow-up efforts on our part did the work begin on December 1, a poor response given that water damage and mold should be dealt with quickly. Finally, only on December 12, at our request, was the lock box removed from our door and our key returned to us. We found our experience puzzling given the company's high rating on Homestars. Perhaps our job was considered "too small". We would not use the company again.

    Mould remediation

    Mould had been growing in my furnace room over the span of a couple of months and I finally decided it had to be removed. I called Canada's Restoration Services and they had Robbie come by to assess the situation the next day. He was very professional and proved to be very knowledgeable as well - I'm glad that he took the time to fully explain the severity of the situation to me and what would be done to resolve it. He had a team come by the following day to remediate my furnace room. Two days after that, another team arrived to replace the drywall that had been removed as part of the remediation process. I am extremely satisfied with the services that Canada's Restoration Services provided and I've already recommended them to a few of my neighbours. Thanks again guys!

    water damage/mold

    Every day they arrived right on time, they had the entire job done quickly but the quality exceeded my expectations. the entire area was cleaner than when they came in. The workers were all very professional and very reassuring/comforting.

    Water Pipe Burst

    At 7pm, I called Canada's Restoration about a water pipe burst in my house and ask for someone to call me back to do an initial assessment with a quote on how much it will cost to remove the water and prevent any potential mold spores. I received a call from Rob in 30 minutes after my initial call and he was on site in 45 minutes to inspect the water damage from a water pipe burst in the second floor bathroom which was leaking down to the main floor kitchen area. Before I made any commitments to the work to be performed, Rob took the time to explain to me the steps in which him and his team will be carrying out in order to prevent further damages to the house which gave me comfort to know what to expect and the logic was sound. After I gave the go ahead, Rob and his team worked late into the night (2am, I believe) to remove all the water and start the dehumidifying process to wick out the remaining water from the ceiling, carpet, floor board, etc. I would definitely recommend Canada's Restoration Services and especially Rob who was polite, professional, and honest. He provided exceptional customer service and will certainly pass along his name to anyone who requires restoration work done at their place.

    Mold Removal

    I had Canada Restoration Services come to clean up mold in my attic. It was done very professionally and I am very satisfied with the job done. I would definitely recommend Canada Restoration Services to all my friends. Fast, affordable and professional service.

    Mold Removal

    Jason Campbell at Canada Restoration performed mold removal at our unit, he was very professional and accommodating to our inconvenient and difficult to get condo. The work was performed well and was very thorough. He kept us posted throughout the entire process and was accessible whenever necessary. Great job overall A++

    Inspection for Mold

    I would like to recommend Canada’s Restoration Services. It was a real good experience, since the first contact I made, they were very helpful. I was reached immediately by their Location Manager (Gabriel) and he came the same day. He did the inspection and explained me in an accurate way how they will be providing me a solution. He answered all my questions and was very patient. When I got the estimate, I was surprised because it was less than what I had thought. I replied back immediately whit my approval. In the indicated date, Gabriel and his crew arrived on time, they covered my floor to avoid any damage and all the job was accomplished according the proposal. I hope not to have another mold problem in my life but won’t hesitate to call them back if it is required.
