A home Inspection stated that there was mold in the attic. Canada's Restoration Service was able to get into the attic for me and take a look. What they found was actually concrete splatter. They took pictures and wrote a report for me to send to the buyers of the home. Thanks for the great job!!

We were about to buy our first home, our home inspector found mold in the attic. We did not know much about mold so we started to research and as for recommendations. Canada’s Restoration Services came highly recommended by a few different people ( home inspector , real estate) . We contacted them and a nice lady by the name of jasmine book ed the inspection for us . The inspection was performed by Alex that was very noligble , polite and on time ! We were explained how Canada's Restoration Services remove the mold and decided to go ahead with them .the service , the price and the end result were all beyond expections. Highly recommend them !

We had mold in our attic for about 4-5 years. Didn't really bother removing it till we decided to sell the house. And here where it all started. Buyers went in and out with home inspectors and every one was pointing to the attic and telling us its a huge issue and we have to take roof down and so on. We called Canada's Restoration Services - in the begging just to get second opinion on what to do with the roof. Alex - inspector came buy and explained us what to do and how to do it properly - WITHOUT ROOF REMOVAL - . We felt that we can trust Alex and Canada's Restoration Services and hired them to remove mold from our attic. Job was done and we sold the house with 10 year warranty on the attic. Thank you for saving our "roof" and sale of the house. Will recommend Canada's Restoration Services to everyone we know.

My basement leaked around a window well and left the carpet, underpad, drywall and trim wet along the wall. I couldn't get it dried out completely and, after a week, started to really worry about mould formation because I'm asthmatic and allergic to mould. I called Canada's Restoration Services central number and within half an hour got a call from Gabriel, the area manager for Ottawa. He came by a few days later to have a look. He pulled back a bit of the carpet and there was no doubt there was mould underneath. He explained that they would remove all the damp carpet and underpad and the drywall and insulation about two feet up. They'd remove more drywall if they found more mould. Gabriel emailed me the estimate the next morning. I decided to go ahead with the remediation and it was scheduled for the following week. On the day of the job, Gabriel and the crew showed up right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an extremely thorough job, leaving everything clean and mould free. I was very worried about the mould in my house, but Gabriel was very knowledgable and reassuring throughout the whole process which helped alleviate my stress. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if need be.

Realized that we have water leak from the second floor bathroom to the first floor around 9pm. Contacted the company where they informed what to do and sent an inspector first thing in the morning. Inspector assessed that there is minimal damage and didn't charge a penny for the visit. Was very knowledgable and I wouldn't think twice calling the company again if needed! Highly recommend
