    Inspection of Water Damage and Mold in the Basement

    Canada’s Restoration Services company is very Professional, Reliable and provide very good and Time Effective Services. On submission of our online request on Sunday night, Andrew Spitzer (Regional Manager Western Ontario) started communicating with us on email, probably within couple of minutes. We were able to schedule the appointment for his Inspection on the following day i.e. Monday. He provided a very good Professional services on a timely manner and suggested couple of Technical things for prevention. He was very courteous and came well equipped to provide the required services related to Water damage and checking of any Mold in the Basement ceiling and walls. We have also provided our recommendation for your company to our friend circle.

    Mold and asbestos removal

    Earlier this year we called in Canada Restorations to assess a bedroom ceiling that had mold on it. This turned out to be a bigger job than we thought as stipple ceilings contain asbestos and there are government law’s on its removal. Canada Restorations assessed the needs, lined us up with an excellent sampling company (for mold and asbestos), removed the drywall needed in the prescribed manner, and cleaned out the mold. In addition they lined us up with contractors to replace the drywall, and fix the plumbing. Finding trades to do these small jobs is difficult for a home owner so the help we received was welcomed. Gabriel and his team were prompt, extremely profession and competent. I recommend them without any reservations.

    Asbestos abatement

    This company was punctual, professional and reliable. The worker that came to do the initial set up was meticulous in cleaning up after himself, polite and respectful. The next day, when it was time for the job to be finished.....I ended up with a scheduling change on my end ( totally our fault). The location manager came himself later that evening, and finished up the job. I was very impressed. If you ever have cause to need their services - I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!     Water Damage and Mold Remediation in Basement Suite

    When I received a call from my tenant with concerns about a wet bedroom carpet in a basement suite, and possible mold I was quite concerned. After checking for recommendations on Homestars, it seemed that Canadas Restoration Services was worth a call. I have never used this type of service before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Gabriel and the crew were on it within a couple of days (due to tenant schedule and we did seem to catch it early so there was not an urgent need for this small job). Everything was handled professionally and my tenants were happy with how they were taken care of. Sometimes tenants bring these type of things up at move out time if their damage deposit is in peril to threaten, but with CRS and their credentials I don't think this will be a concern. I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

    Asbestos & Mold removal

    We were surprised to find out the vermiculite in our attic was asbestos and that there was mold so it was really stressful to come up with the money and finding a reputable company to get rid of it properly. Canada's Restoration Services are wonderful from beginning to end! Alissa the customer service manager was excellent, friendly and responded to all my emails quickly, the service rep who initially came to the house was knowledgeable and understood our situation, no hard sell at all, Jason and his onsite guys who did the work were on time, professional and knowledgeable and treated our house with respect. We couldn't be happier with the results. The insulation company that came in afterward even remarked about how clean the attic was and how good it looked! We were so stressed out and worried before the process and after dealing with Alissa and the rest of our crew we feel great. If you have to go through this, go through it with the best - Canada's Restoration Services! Thank you to everyone!

    Mold Removal and Clean

    After an unfortunate burst pipe at my parent's cottage and consequent mould growth, Canada's Restoration Services proved to be THE only service to call. Alissa Anger, Customer Service Manager, was efficient, courteous and patient from my initial email request to any further communication that we had. The exemplary professionalism continued. Jake Shatz, Senior Project Manager, guided my parents through the process of the mould remediation with patience and reassurance. Their work crew was punctual, respectful and efficient. Not only have you provided my parents with a safe environment, you have restored their faith, trust and happiness. Your service and professionalism set you apart. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!

    Attic restoration

    We were putting our home up for sale and our realtor suggested we replace the roof before listing as it was pretty obvious it needed to be done... So... we finished the roof, listed the house and immediatly got multiple offers! BUT our roofer warned us that there had been some leaking inisde the attic and that most home inspectors would pick up on it... with offers and home inspections pending we needed FAST action to remedy the situation. We got 3 quotes-all pretty similar but Gabriel was able to shuffle his troops scheduals, work extra long hours and get the job complete in record time. Our buyers were happy as they get the 25 year transferrable warranty and of course the attic passed home inspection with flying colors. Thanks Canada's restoration Service for a job well done!

    Water damage clean up

    We had a flood in our basement due to the crazy winter we just had. We called Canada's restoration services and they showed up in a matter of hours to help dry and repair the basement. Fantastic professional service and great people. Thank for everything Canada's restoration services.

    asbestos removal

    Preparing to put my house on the market, I was dismayed to learn that the vermiculite in my attic contained asbestos. After soliciting bids from several companies, I decided to go with Canada's Restoration Services because of their competitive quote and their excellent on-line reputation. I was very happy with my decision, as it turned out. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly, competent and professional, and my attic passed the clean air test (conducted by a different company) on the first try without any problems. Special thanks to Jason and his crew for their attention to the detail necessary in this kind of work and for doing a great job overall, and to Alissa at head office for her dedication and unflagging good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing to deal with asbestos removal.

    mould removal

    we were installing a furnace and some mould was found in a wall under the upstairs tub. we wanted it out of our house as soon as possible. we were provided a quote very quickly and they were able to come in in a matter of days where their competitor did not get back to us until after the mould was removed. they cleaned up everything after leaving and were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to another definitely.
