The floods in July devastated my basement - approximately 1 month before my daughter got married, and 3 months before my son did. I had the basement cleaned out within a week or so, and the basement was ready for all my children that came in from out of town a couple of weeks before my son's wedding. Darren and all his crew were friendly, helpful and very professional. A pleasure to work with!

We discovered some mould in the attic upon a home inspection and Alex came out to assess the situation. He was on time, friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Due to the nature of our situation, he was able to accommodate our need to have the mould removed quickly, even if it meant doing it himself! I was so impressed at how quickly he replied to email, even one message that I sent after 9pm was addressed within the hour! The team that arrived was fantastic as well. They were early, efficient, professional, completed the project faster than anticipated without sacrificing the quality of work. Thank you Lester, Alejandro, and Andrew! Words cannot express my gratitude to you all!

Shortly after our call to Canada restoration services their inspector came to our house, we were afraid... you here the stories about mold and disease, needles to say my wife and i were looking forward to have this issue fixed. Inspection was very thorough and the guy really explained things well for both of us. We booked the job on a spot. We defected mold in the basement just before starting some minor renovations. Our contractor recommended contacting Canada restoration services and we couldn't have been happier. Having two small kids we were terrified of the implications of having mold and the process of removing it. I dealt with Marat and he was amazing on explaining the process and ensuring that we stay within the estimated time and fee. The work was done quickly and without disrupting our family life. Best part they even cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend the company!

I called Canada's Restoration Services looking to get some information about an on-going issue we were having. I was able to speak with Alissa, from the customer service department. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me, which I appreciated since I was new to the topic. In the end we were able to determine it was not their services that we required but Alissa was able to provide me with the information of the company who could help. The issue in our home is resolved and we couldn't be happier! I would recommend Canada Restoration to everyone!

Recently we discovered mold growing around the patio sliding glass doors. It had crept, unbeknownst to us, under the carpet and had started a slow spread into the wall. Canada Restoration Services was recommended and we called them. Customer Service was prompt, pleasant and got us an appointment quickly. We were contacted by Alex Gorokhov, who arranged to come out and look at the situation. He arrived promptly and thoroughly explained to us what needed to be done. (I especially like the fact that a non-toxic treatment was protocol for removing the mold.) The appointment was set up immediately and work began on schedule. I would like to commend Dave for all his work on the mold removal, and especially Alex, who went over and above our expectations on prompt service. Even when I emailed him at 10:00 at night, he responded within the hour. I’m very impressed. Nowhere have I experienced such stellar service and attention to the customer’s satisfaction, than with Alex… a great representative for Canada Restoration Services.

I had Jake come out from Canada's Restoration Services for a mold Inspection. Jake was great in determining the source of the mold, that we addressed, and he had a team come out right away to clean up the damage. We are now mold free! Can't express how happy we were with Canada's Restoration Services and their quick response time, highly recommend!!!

Canada Restoration sent out someone to inspect mold in my moms home after a flood. They were friendly, efficient and took the time to explain the process from start to finish. We were very happy with the whole process. Great customer service.

Canada’s Restoration Services came highly recommended to us by many who were using their services in our neighbourhood after the major summer storm which flooded many homes and institutions. We had cleaned up ourselves from what we thought was relatively minor flood damage when it was brought to our attention that our basement may require more immediate and thorough attention. We then called Canada’s Restoration Services, and they promptly offered to come to inspect our home and discuss their recommendations. They came as scheduled, spent time informing us of the issues associated with the damage from our flooding, and then scheduled their team to come in to remove our damaged flooring and sections of drywall that had been affected by mold. Their team was polite and friendly, and did their job thoroughly. They sealed off the affected areas well to prevent cross contamination. When the job was mostly done, they sent someone to inspect all areas and recommended that a few spots be cleaned a bit more thoroughly so the team returned to finish up the job. We were very pleased with the results of their work and would recommend them to all who would require these types of services.

Contacted Canada's Restoration Services and next day had an inspector coming in to see what are we dealing with. Day later we had a crew working in our basement. Very fast and professional.
