To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to thank Gil Naparstak and Canada Restoration Services for the excellent service they provided when I had a mold growth in my rental house. When I called Canada Restoration Services for a damage assessment, Gil Naparstak answered my call very quickly. He is an easy to talk to, go straight to the point type of guy. Gil Naparstak got me an estimate very quickly, price is very reasonable, and there are no hidden or add on charges. Once I agreed to the estimate, Canada Restoration Services team arrived on site in a timely fashion, worked extremely fast, efficient and professionally. They made sure the mold issue has been dealt with. I feel that I received excellent service and result thanks to Canada Restoration Services. We used canada's restoration services after the major Toronto flood of July to restore our Synagogue and couldn't be happier with our choice. Darren, Josh, Jake, Laz, have all be absolutely amazing. They dealt with our insurance, were courteous and professional and most importantly were able to safely remove all traces of mold. My 1000sqft fully developed basement had water coming through cracks in the foundation as well as the backing-up of a secondary floor drain. These water problems went undetected for quite some time as they were hidden by a sub-floor and new renovations which led to a significant mold problem. After doing my research I contacted Canada's Restoration Services. The next day I received a call from Gabriel, Edmonton's operation manager, and he was able to do an inspection the same day. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and was able to show me areas of mold that I didn't even know about. Once I approved the job he gave me a quote that fell within the range he initially gave me during the inspection and they were able to start the very next day. The job was completed by team leader Benson and his assistant, and within a week and a half the basement was completely gutted and my home was mold free. The job actually turned out to be bigger than they had expected however they stuck to their quote. On top of that, they completely dried out my water-logged foundation over the next week free of charge to help me out as I couldn't afford the rental for the dehumidifiers. Benson was very friendly and communication was excellent. Benson let me know exactly what was going on everyday and always answered his phone every time I called. Overall, the service was excellent and I was extremely impressed by how quickly they were able to get started and their quality of work.

I used Canada's Restoration Services for emergency work following the July 8th Toronto rainstorm that resulted in a flooded basement at my father's house. They arrived and did the emergency work quickly and were able to remediate a developing mold problem. I can highly recommend them for emergency services.

In June 2013, I discovered a mold problem in a basement bedroom of my home. Canada's Restoration Services ranked very high through Homestars so I contacted them. I called the company and explained the situation and a technician arrived promptly as scheduled. After a thorough inspection, I hired the company and booked a date for service. July was an extremely busy time for this type of business due to numerous flooding’s in Ontario and other provinces and I was pleased that they were able to accommodate the job. They arrived on-time and all work was completed as previously described in the initial consultation. I would highly recommend this company for mold remediation services.

Canada's Restoration Services was exceptional. We had a major flood in July 2013 with a storm water backup causing almost a foot of water to spread throughout our basement. Despite being inundated with calls from Toronto homeowners, insurers, brokers and adjusters (not to mention still helping out with the devastating flood in Calgary), Canada Restoration's team (including Darren, Marat and Jake) was there for us. They were punctual, trustworthy, attentive to our needs, detailed oriented, friendly and reasonably priced. With a young family, my primary concern was a complete cleaning of the basement to remove all potential mold and chemicals. Canada's Restoration Services thought of issues that never crossed my mind and cleaned everything in a professional and thorough manner. Additionally, Canada's Restoration Services assisted us in dealing with our insurer and adjuster ensuring that we got the proper service and coverage, as provided for in our policy. Darren and Marat are incredibly intelligent and helpful individuals and I have already recommended them and Canada's Restoration Services to clients, colleagues, family and friends.

After the Toronto flooding at the beginning of July, we contacted Canada restoration to help clean up our basement. They responded immediately and were at our house the next morning to help with water damage and mold removal. They cleaned out our entire basement and disinfected everything. Being pregnant and having a 2 and a half year old daughter we felt confident having Canada restoration complete this job for us. Every employee we came in contact with was polite and we felt comfortable having them in our home. We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbours due to their professionalism, promptness and attention to detail.

After a horrible flooding incident due to the recent Toronto Flood, my wife and I contacted Canada's Restoration Services. While doing the work, they did a wonderful job. They were very clean and organized. But they left industrial fans to insure that there was no moisture left behind from the flood. The fans were suppose to be picked up in 3 days max. It has no been 3 weeks and even after numerous calls and messages sent to the company, they still haven't picked them up.

I called and was immediately in contact with a representative who took care of my situation same day. I was extremely impressed by the response time, advice and not wanting me to pay for more than was necessary.

Because of the flood in Toronto on July 8, we experienced sewage backup. The team was extremely hardworking and effective and fast, showing up first thing on July 9 to cut drywall and disinfect. They cleaned our home along with our neighbours and everyone was impressed with Alex, Jason and their team. Shortly after Darren, the CEO, showed up to provide a follow up visit and was very professional in reviewing the work and providing an estimate of work needed to restore the basement. We are very grateful to have worked with such a terrific team. There is no smell left in the house or basement thanks to them.
