Found some mold building up in my basement. I was really pleased to find Canada;s Restoration Services who responded so quickly and professionally. its a dirty work and someone's got to do it. Appreciate all the help boys. The basemen is like new again.

Canada's Restoration Services arrived promptly, fully prepared to begin work immediately. Gabriel, Edmonton's Operations Mgr. explained the entire process; what he told me was going to happen actually did. Less than two days later, the basement is clean, dry and no longer a health hazard to my family. I am hoping that they will be assisting me with the future reconstruction. Many thanks to the 8 (eight) hard working, professionals that I had the pleasure of meeting as well as all of those who assisted.

Had mold in my house due to water damage. They gave me a cost, no hidden fees. They came on time and respected my property. Great customer service, and their time and attention is impeccable.

So I called them up because of water damage and due to their expertise they pointed out to me that I might have some mould not only because of the water damage i called them for but originated from another source. Turns out that room dedicated to my first born was full of mould !! Thank god we found before she was born. I will never thank Gabriel and Gill enough for their help. They have been professionnal, super efficient and got the work done swiftly. I definitely recommend Canada Restoration Services for your water damage or mould removal. My basement had a flood and it was not covered by my insurance. I was in a panic and did not know what to do. Thankfully, a business associate referred me to Canada Restoration. Darren and crew were professional, punctual, problem solvers and reasonably priced. There is no pressure whatsoever and all reports are detailed and helpful. Response time is usually within minutes and I was very happy with Canada Restoration.

I was extremely satisfied with Gill and Gabriel's team. This is the first time we worked with Canada’s restoration services and we were pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, dedication, passion they showed on the job and the great customer service. We interviewed and got quotes from two other mould remediation companies. First impression, we thought that Canada’s restoration services’ prices were very competitive to the other companies, they were the first to arrive on site, and were very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. What won us over was their customer service and efficiency, they were always available to answer our questions, they were the only company of the three that were willing to worked through the weekend to get the job done. They followed up with the tenants and the environmental officer. Our 1500sqft rental property was remediated from mould and was approved by the environmental inspector with in 5 days. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them.

On Tuesday April 16,2013, I received an emergency call from one of my tenants that there was water pouring out their front door of a warehouse of 30,000 square feet full of bathroom vanities and accessories. I called Canada Restoration as I have dealt with them in the past, and they showed on site within 20 minutes , started to drain the water, and calm my tenant down, I have never had better service from any company, and today May I,2013 the company is back to normal , all items completely repaired , and my tenant thrilled with the work performed. I have used these gentleman for flood work about 7 times, and each time they outperform my expectations.

Very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was straight away. Very quick to come out for an assesment and were able to fix a date for completing the work. They were reassuring that things could be fixed and did so in a timely fashion. It appeared that the crew knew exactly what they were doing and finished the job without even stopping for lunch. Very impressed with their professionalism. Will be using them again if ever we need any further work.

Extremely pleased with the friendly service, detailed knowledge and high efficiency that I received from this company. I called the hotline and within 3mins, a consultant was ready to help. Any questions or concerns I had were answered with manageable solutions and details to back them up. All around impressed! Thank You!- He also had provided me with the closest lab to my location with out me having to ask. As an engineering firm and having construction background I will be using them again.
