Good: Fast, Professional Bad: Expensive (8000$ for 1 days work for four people + equipment), Mold Counts also higher than expected when mold test was done after remediation. The sales rep on numerous occasions said that there would be no mold at all in the areas that have been remediated but the second mold test showed counts of around 300-400.

Alex is very professional and honest, and i'm very satisfied for his business, he took the time to see everything in my attic before he gave his visual judgement and he explain to me in details.

i had a team performing mold removal in the attic. the job was done very well, the team left everything clean and mold free,\I would expect that from a company like this, what i didn't ask for or expect is that they offered to perform a walk through the entire home. Naturally we did and we found asbestos rapping in the basement that we had no idea was there. the team changed suits, added scrubbers, built more contaminants and took care of it on the spot. It was amazing to see how they helped and didn't want to charge for the extra work . This is what makes companies differ from others !

Called On Monday they in next morning right on time. Told me exactly what needed to happen and gave me tips on how to prevent mold in an older house. Very courteous staff, they don't mind answering any questions you may have.

A big thank you to CRS and their staff for a great job they did with the removal of asbestos in our attic. We had the house up for sale due to inspection when the asbestos was discovered. Marat was more than willing to meet me within a matter of days and the removal started very quickly and efficiently. I had mold in my store along the bottom baseboards-long story short, old tenants had leaking washroom and it had flooded abunch of times. they came in, assessed, estimated the costs, no hidden fees again. They came in, did the work, came back and checked, used eco non harmful products :D Very happy with the service, would use them again if necessary

Great service, very concise and thorough in the removal of asbestos. A little expensive but the quality of the job was great. If I had to do this again for another building, i would choose them!
