Had a leak in my kitchen/laundry room area and they came in to assess the damage, rip out the hardwood and dry the concrete benefit. very professional job and cleaned up well afterwards. would recommend them for that type of work, thanks.

A pipe burst in my basement while i was on vacation, everything was damaged. I called my good friends at CRS and within two weeks my entire basement was better then new. Thanks Marat and Derryn for all you attention and amazing work.

We found mold in our basement a week before Christmas. We have a 4 month old son and were positive we were going to be out of the house for his first Christmas. We called CRS and Gil promised us his team would get it done in time. The crew worked until 10 pm every night to make sure that they would have it done. We celebrated Christmas at home, in our clean, mold free home, great job!!

I had a a toilet clog and overflow on my second floor on Christmas Eve. We had guests over, and the first I knew about it the bathroom floor was covered in very dirty toilet water, which then flowed through a vent into the ceiling of the kitchen below. After getting a plumber out to fix the clog, cleaning up the mess and spending Christmas morning at a relatives house, I started looking on Google to figure out what I needed to do about the kitchen ceiling. I saw enough things about mold growth and scary possibilities that phoned Canada's Restoration Services right around dinner time on Christmas day. Their regional manager and local operations manager were out at my house that evening, taking a look at the damage and setting up fans to get things started drying out quickly. They had a crew back the next morning and by the end of the day had partitioned off the kitchen, cut out all of the damaged parts of the ceiling drywall and had machines set up to dry out the affected areas. Our insurance company had the 25th and 26th off for the stat holidays, so I was pretty much relying on Gil and Gabriel to guide me through a process that I had no prior experience with. They were exceptionally responsive, and both of them checked up with me many times in person and over the phone to make sure that my needs were being met. Their estimate came in right where their initial ballpark was, and all their work was complete and cleaned up in less than 72 hours after my initial call to the 1-800 number (including 48 hours of drying time). They did a great job on the clean up, our kitchen floor and all the surfaces were gleaming. I was very impressed overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called Canada's Restoration Services when I found that my hot water tank had been leaking badly for two days. A large area of carpet, as well as some drywall and trim had been soaked. A crew arrived within a couple of hours and proceeded to remove the drywall trim and under-pad, to clean/disinfect everything and to dry the basement. They came back two days later to ensure the work was done right and that there were no signs of moisture. Everyone was courteous and professional, such that I would use their services again and recommend them to others.

We had an overflowing toilet in the basement. The entire basement was full of water and a few days after mold started to appear. The company did the cleaning and then inspected the walls. They eventually had to change some walls and floor pieces.

We found canada's restoration services on home stars. They came in the next day ( for free) and gave us an estimate. We asked for a "price", the inspector gave it to us and we were surprised that the official estimate was lower. The work was performed very professionally and we will gladly second this company again to anyone that needs mold removal

Purchased a place with cracked tile work in the shower, thought nothing of it until mold started to appear around the crack. Called them in and quickly discovered that the hairline crack allowed moisture and mold to take over the whole wall behind. They gave a quote, explained the process and executed all in under a week. Very punctual, friendly guys, who do great work and don't make you feel stupid when you ask a lot of questions. That was an added bonus! Highly recommended!

Marat from Canada's restoration came to inspect out attic. Mold was found buy a home inspector that recommended we call CRS. So we did and we are very pleased. They coordinated with the insulation company as well. Price was fair, we received a 10 year warrenty. Very good company

Very impressed in all aspects! Had mold in my bathroom and they came the same day I called. Polite, professional, fast and fairly priced. Even taught me a few things such as how to prevent mold from happening in the first place. called a few days later to make sure everything was ok!
