Working with the mold removal team was a great experience. The team came in, were very clean, did a great job and were out. I would recommend this team for future projects as they were great to work with. The construction team on the other hand was a terrible experience. The job was quoted to take 6 days - 8 weeks later the job has been finished. Having to go to work every day, it was hard to keep an eye on the team but we were lucky if they showed up to smoke a cigarette in our backyard and leave the butts. The project manager was always on another site and when I would call to find out why his team did not show up, or no work was done, I heard every excuse from car trouble, to getting lost, to no cell service, to funerals. The work (when it was done) was never finished to the last step (example - gutters that were not extended past the house as discussed and agreed upon) After phone calls and a few more days of car trouble the projects were finished one by one. The final quality of the work was good and we are satisfied with the finished product and quality of work - however it was a long and tedious experience. The construction team only diagnosed half of the problem and I had to call in a favour from a friend to have one of his workers come in over a weekend and fix the problem - for a tenth of the cost of CRS's work.

Hello, We had a mold problem that was dealt with in the most professional way . We found reviews (Good ones) about Canada's Restoration Services. If we could rate them more than 10. we would. Excellent job, great end result. Job well done!

Hello, we had water in our basement - it looked bad, we called Canada's Restoration Services, found them on Homestars. They came out for free, used high tec tools - thermal imaging camera and found the source of water. It turned out that we had a serious Mold problem.The inspector put up the containment . WE then agreed on a price, it was emailed to me later on by the same amazing inspector. The team was scheduled to come 3 days later. The morning of the scheduled job , the team called do say they are running 5 minutes late - (who does that today ???) the job was performed according to what was defined in the scope. The basement looked very clean and "healthy". The reconstruction team was just as good. the project moved very smoothly and a bad experience changed to a good one. This company are very very very good. Good job Canada's Restoration Services.

I can't say how much I was satisfied with their work. CRS was an absolute life-saver when our basement was overtaken by knee-deep flood water. after contacting our insurance they were at our door within the hour (half an hour to be exact) and trodding around in our basement sorting out our situation. after being so impressed with their services, and considering the extensive water damage we decided to go ahead with reconstruction. A separate bed and living room was created from what was previously an empty space - and now our basement looks even better then before the flood! thank you so much!

Hello, I had a big flood in my house, i called my insurance broker and he told me that someone will call back in 5 min. In 3 minutes I received a call and 25 minutes after that we had 2 teams in my basement. The basement is very big, but the people working were super efficient and did the job very well. The company was a pleasure to deal with and they helped us with the insurance. Canada's Restoration Services are a great company, great service and good work

I discovered I had a mold issue in my condo on a Sunday. I made the call to Canada Restoration Services on the Monday in the morning. By 3pm SHARP I had Alex at my condo assessing the issue. There was many issues that arose and it ended up in 2 day job instead of the 1 day we had first intended. Alex, who is an inspector, cancelled all his appointments for the second day and came and did the work himself. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were always right on time, professional and went above and beyond to help me in this stressful situation. I have VERY HIGH standards when it comes to customer service and I was beyond impressed with Alex and his crew.

The company has recently finished mould remediation in our house!Me and my husband called 4 or 5 companys before we found Canadas Restoration Services and booked a FREE inspection. The inspector - his name was Alex - came right on the next day! We were extremely happy with such a quick response to our problem. He gave us his recommendations right on the spot, so we decided not to postpone the matter. The work was done in less than three days. The professional technicians team followed all the instructions and did everything carefully and thoroughly! right after mould remediation was complete another team came to our house to put everything back together. Another two days - and the problem was solved!! Company even provided work completion certificate and warranty! Thank you Alex, team and Canadas Restoration Services! I work for a company that provides services , such as home evaluations/inspections.( in the insurance industry) . I believe I have a good perspective . Mold is not my expertise but apperetly it is Canada's Restoration Services. We had Mold, we called 3 companies,they all called back , here is why we choose Canada's Restoration Services. 1) Great reviews on Home stars. 2) I checked "around" in the industry and heard only good comments 3) They called back first, they provided a scope 4) They recommended a third party clearance- prevents conflict - that was a WOW for us 5) The price was in range ,the service until we decided was good The job itself went according to plan, they found more mold but didn't charge us for it. Well done.
