I suspected a mould problem in my basement and Canada's Restoration Services sent someone to my home within 24 hours to investigate FREE OF CHARGE. While other companies I called charged a significant fee just to walk in the door, Darren, investigated, explained next steps and took time to explain how to prevent it again without asking for a dime! Very caring company!

We had a huge flood in a warehouse of ours. Canada's restoration Services was recommended to us by the insurance Co. We were delighted with their service. Intimidate response, understanding our needs, Minimum interruption to business, removed all the water and took action to prevent secondary damage and Mold. Great service, great company.

We had an issue with mold in our dining room, that was coming out of a hole in our drywall by the ceiling. We were extremely happy that we called Canada's Restoration Services because we received excellent advice on what needed to be done to determine the extent of the problem and rectify it with minimal cost. We were lucky enough to have the CEO of the company do the inspection and we found him to be very helpful and incredibly honest with his evaluation. I would definitely call the company again for any issues that may arise in the future.

I took out about 4 estimates and Canada's Restoration Services stood out with their professional approach. I was promptly emailed the company certification, estimate and protocol description. The job was done on time as promised. They covered all my furniture, carpeting and all the access points to eliminate dust. Very happy with the job done.

Darren who is the CEO of the company came immediately to my home with a can-do attitude and a competitive quote. He is very knowledgeable about remediation but also about waterproofing and renovation. He explained to me the process and took the time to reassure me that there would be no mold once he was finished. His crew was exceptionally customer service oriented! Ben who was the team lead was professional and a pleasure to work with. Best customer service experience I have had in a very very long time. They were on time, on budget, courteous and went above and beyond what was required and my expectations. It's sad that not all contractors are like Darren and his employees!

I had a mold issue in my basement . I looked up for the best company out there and Canada Restoration Services appeared to be the best. This guys as they promised were accurate with the scope of work. All mold was removed according to protocol standards............Now my family's heath is not at risk anymore because my 2 kids are asthmatic. Now finally we can go back to our lives. I highly recommend Canada's Restoration Services.

Wow what an amazing company CRS was! They came in, solved my mould in the attic problem and cleaned it all up! I would recommend Darren and Marat to everyone as they took care of me as if i was family! Mould removal, water damage, floods, these guys are the ones to call!!!
